Cody and Jaylen came out to service my water heater this year, and again, I just really love the team. They are prompt, super professional and just the most friendly guys you will meet. Brandon added an enclosure to my water heater earlier this year, to help prevent any freezing issues we may have in the winter. He was great, and made sure the work site was left perfect and went above and beyond to make it all look tidy post-install. Even though Ive never met Jenna in person, she is just a delight to deal with, always gets me on the schedule promptly, and always gets me the answers I need, which is super helpful, because I am out of state. Ricco arrived at the time he said he would be here. He explained what was wrong with our dishwasher & what our options are. We decided to invest in a good dishwasher. Ricco only charged us a fee for the service call which was reasonable. While he was here my husband told him that the toilet handle was not flushing properly & Ricco fixed it & as a courtesy he did not charge us, but I paid him a little bit anyhow. We called Ricco to come out & install our new bathroom sink faucets. He once again arrived when he said he would right on time. I talked with Ricco about what he was doing while he replaced the faucets. He answered all of my questions & explained what he was doing so that I could understand it. I found out Ricco has two cute little boys that he loves very much & a wonderful wife that helps him with his plumbing business. I really enjoyed engaging in conversation with Ricco & finding out about him and his family. Ricco has very good manners, & he was very kind & polite to us while he was here. He installed the faucets & they're working perfectly since. We called Ricco about a toilet issue yesterday & he arrived on time as usual with a smile on his face. Ricco fixed the toilet then explained to my husband what he did afterwards. I was in my bedroon getting ready for my day & heard Ricco & my husband laughing. I came out & Ricco was walking back into the livingroom towards my husband as I walked out he said "hey hi I was just coming back to ask your husband to tell you I said hello". I was really glad to see him & thank him for taking good care of us & Ricco was very glad to be able to come out & help us. He's always very positive, & kind, & very knowledgable about plumbing. My husband asked her why it increased again and she got nasty and said she deals with dummies like him every day and that he needed to do the math! Nice!
