Just spoke to Tsbpe which is the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and spoke to a Master Plumber. He stated that per code when repiping a home each fixture most be properly vented. As I stated in previous review. No vents were put in my kitchen after the wall was taken down. Jeremy Haggerty of Centex Rootdown Plumbing has refused three times to come out. I have smelled methane gas for two years now. No more chances. Further action will be done through proper channels. Please if you want an honest company call someone else. Oh and I may not have a receipt for the incomplete job, but I do have plenty of witnesses. read more

i can't recommend this plumber at all due to some issues on a quote. i have a water line leaking by the water heater. He saw other issues and quoted an entire home replumbing to the tune of about $14,500. i can't afford nor do not immediately need that level of work. I reviewed the work and explained what I wanted done in segments. i suggested material and etc. (I am a former Facilities Project Engineering Manager). Obviously not everything is needed for a water heater line leak. His response was to call another plumber, he would only do the expensive project not the repair work that I needed, Obviously I will call another plumber. read more

We contacted this company to come out and unstop our sewer. He first ran a snake then told me had to run the camera and charged $195 for that and told us it was the City of Harker Heights problem. We contact them they do there research and find that it is on our side. We contact another plumbing company they come right out and within 15 minutes had my line cleared and water flowing. This company was clearly just out for my money. I will never recommend this company to anyone. You stole from us. No I don't have you confused but thank you for the insult. read more

Fantastic! Jeremy and his helper came out on a Saturday to work on my backed up toilet and tub. The job turned out to be much more involved and they had to return again to finish the job. I was kept in the loop the entire process. Both Jeremy and his helper were extremely polite and both were dressed professionally and job appropriate. My yard was left in great condition after being dug up and my bathroom was also left in satisfactory condition after having to temporarily remove the toilet. Again, these guys did a fantastic job at a reasonable rate. read more

Upon arrival we mentioned what the problem was (broken outside water faucet valve) and he proceeded to check out the faucet. He went back to his truck and brought out the proper tools (2 channel lock pliers) only to find out he needed "the big guns." He brought a pipe wrench and immediately removed the leaky faucet and replaced with a proper one. We learned about the backflow preventer value and its history from Darren. He had that faucet repaired within 30 minutes. That was yesterday. Today he returned to replace our irrigation system supply line that had busted during last year's freezer. He cut out the old plumbing and replaced with a new one. He was very quick and pleasant to talk to. He did a very professional job and we will definitely hire him (his company) whenever the need arises. I would highly recommend Coryell Plumbing.

Amazing! Jeremy called to let me know he could come earlier than our appointment time, which was awesome. He is exceptional, honest and very hard working. We had a clogged kitchen sink and he had to use different ends to break it up, spent what I would guess at least double the amount of time it normally would take to fix it, without complaint or attitude. And I was only charged the original quote, which was VERY affordable, especially for someone on a fixed income. He also reglued a pipe that wasn't done properly, with no extra charge. He's my go to plumber from now on. I won't post the rate simply because it might change due to your own location, but I will say you won't find anyone that works as hard for such a reasonable rate.
