Today I did not feel that same welcoming, caring customer service from who came for this service call. No care or understanding and even my kids stated "I heard how he spoke to you and it was not like he cared but more like I know what I'm talking about so don't care what you're saying". This is not cool at all especially when I just gave good reviews to AHS about them. This guy didn't care at all what we are going through just advised me to leave it off until he gets the part because it won't be cover if it freezes. keep in mind he never said when about the part will be in, it's hot as hell, and when I tried to look at previous calls to see if this was or should have been fixed he flashed me last call saying it was just cleaning but I know for a fact the damn unit froze because we had to turn it off to thaw which caused leaking down stairs and all these towels were still in there from it. I'm done!!! At this point I have lost trust .

I called via Facebook around 5:30pm and they were able to come out THAT NIGHT, to see what the problem was. They were very honest about the pricing and the work that was needed, also gave me alternatives if I didn't want to go with plan A. We ended up replacing the entire system (inside & outside units). They were able to work me into thier already busy schedule last minute. From first contact until new working system was fully installed & operational...LESS THAN 24 HOURS and on a Friday no less! My grandmother (70+) years of age trusted them to install a new unit for her manufactured home. The crew installed the incorrect system that was made for a much smaller home and not able to perform at her homes square footage. As this awful heat came In and she quickly realized the issue Antoine gave her the run around. He told her it's her insulation or he was in the hospital or his crew wasn't ready. Once he finally realized she wasn't going to give up he said he ordered a new unit for her to install free of cost due to the mistake. That was two weeks ago and is forwarding all calls. For the rest of our community I will be going to the better business bureau to make a formal complaint so they can be correctly audited to ensure they are a credible business. For the purpose of this review is to help prevent this happening to any other folks in our area.

Needless to say, the technician called ahead of arrival and since I could not take the call, they skipped our service call, which forced us to spend the night in 85 degree interior temp. I called in the evening asking why the tech did not arrive as planned and did not even get a response until 12pm the next day. By then, I had found a much more reputable service company and my issue was fixed. Encourage you to think twice before using this company. There are so many good ones out there and this one cannot compete.

This former company had us sign a contract and they were suppose to come back and follow up and never did and you could never get a hold of them. (then they tell you that you owe them $$) Outrageous!!! AirHeads was here right on time and went over and beyond and I finally feel I can trust a company again. I highly recommend them to everyone!!
