Called Max with a clogged up garbage disposal, and he showed up within 20 minutes. He then walked me thru how to fix it should the problem arise again, which seems like a bad business move if you ask me. Lol. Cleared the clog in about 10 minutes, and we're good to go. Outstanding service!! My water heater had busted a hole on the top yesterday on Sunday of all days. I have a rental property in Killeen and my renter called me and said that there was no hot water. I called these guys about 10:30am, he said he could be there within a couple hours. An output pipe for hot water blew out in the middle of the night on our 25 year old double wide mobile home. I cut off the water from the main and waited until morning to give Max a call. I also called another outfit that had equally good ratings but what I thought was a slicker website. They couldn't come for 5 days. Umm... no! Max and his assistant Joe rolled up to my place within 90 minutes. Folks, don't expect a big shiny rig decked out with advertising to be parked in front of your house. Max is a working man's plumber with a working man's pickup! Joe got under the house and sized up the problem in all of 10 seconds. Not major surgery (thank goodness), just a simple coupling that blew out and needed to be replaced. Max had the part on the truck and Joe installed it. Case closed. Call Max's Plumbing 4 times and everytime I call he would give me a day that he was going to do the job when that day came up call him in the morning he say oh I can't do it today call me back on this day and everytime I call him back he could not do the job. This went on about 3 weeks so I got somebody else to do the job. Honest man and unbeatable prices! I called around the Killeen area and was being quoted triple the amount. I had already connected the garbage disposal in my kitchen sink but grew frustrated when I realized my pipes were inches from connecting. He finished in such a short amount of time and apologized for being out of the time window. Although, he did call as soon as he was on his way. Absolutely amazing!! Called at 4pm on a Friday because our water heater was leaking. Said he would be over as soon as he was done with his other job. Called back within 15 minutes saying he was on the way. Checked out what we needed went and got the parts and we had a fully functioning water heater by 6pm! Found my new plumber. read more

The owners son (Blue Boy) came very quickly after we placed the call. Our toilet was not flushing and appeared to be very clogged. After about 30 minutes of him beating the heck out of the toilet (what it sounded like), there was another knock at the door. His father, the owner (Max) came by to see if he could help. Needless to say, there was a glass candle top stuck in the bowel and it took taking the toilet into the front yard to finally get it dislodged. Both gentlemen were very nice and easy to talk to. Called this business (Max) about 10am. Said he'd be able to come this afternoon. I explained to him that my toilet would flush but was very slow to fill up. Definitely not an emergency. First impression when I called the number, he said Hello. That's it. Didn't state his business or greeting. About 1245 I called back to find out what "afternoon" time he would be coming by and he said around 3pm, ok good because I had a dental appointment at 1pm. Not 15 minutes later he calls and asks what time my appointment was as he could come by now. No. So I come home about 2:30 to await his arrival. Around 3:30 I call him back to find out what the hold up was, again not professional at all and states he was finishing a job and he would be on his way soon. 4pm, nothing. About 4:30 he shows up, no business shirt or anything stating his brand, and I show him the issue. He has to LEAVE and go purchase the part! After I had explained on the phone what was wrong in the first place. So, a $4 seal and a loose chain he just broke off later, tries to charge me $87! I said, you were late and didn't have the parts on hand, don't I get some kind of discount? At first he says no and then he, out of the kindness of his heart, knocks off $7 so it's a flat $80. NEVER again will I use this business! Very unprofessional and unprepared. read more

after calling all the big name plumbers, these guys were able to do repairs that the others said couldn't be done ! and about half the price on both labor with no un needed parts added to the bill. they've saved my floors more than once, very reasonably at that. i'll never call another company for an emergency plumbing issue again read more

Every time the guy came out he forgot a tool and had to leave. Sometimes he came right back, sometimes not till the next day. Dug a hole in my yard, busted a whole into my sewer pipe and then left to get a tool and never came back. Called the owner twice about the guy. Finally came back, installed a huge pipe that now sticks out of the ground a foot and has no cap. Said he was leaving to get the cap, never came back and I still have the same problem he was supposed to fix. Do not use these guys. read more
