After having my foundation fixed I had them repaired the brick on the side of my home that had along crack in it. Cleaned up the cracks and recoated the skirting. They did two plumbing jobs for me. One was correcting the poor work another local plumbing company did a year before. They did an awsome job replacing my front entry door with a new one that required a lot of extra work. They added concrete to extend the floor for the door to sit on. Finally they replaced all the rotten trim on my home around the windows and corners joints on my home. We had a pretty difficult project, which involved sealing an enclosed sunroom. The roof was almost 20ft off the ground and made entirely of glass, so it wouldn't support any weight. After attempting to fix it a few times ourselves, we realized that it was definitely beyond our abilities. I contacted Jose and he was quick to respond. His team engineered a scaffolding system and was able to apply sealant to the entire room, making sure to hit all of the areas where we had previously seen leaks. Following the initial application, most of the leaks were fixed, and when we found that there was still one spot remaining, Jose and team returned to fix that at no charge as well. Jose is honest, punctual, and does everything he says he will do. I would definitely recommend him and his team for any home project, and we're planning to work with them again in the future on a number of renovations. read more

If I could give this company more than a 5 star rating, I would not hesitate. I had been promising my wife we could remodel our master bath for some time. I knew it was going to be expensive, messy and disruptive. She was much more eager than I was to start the process. The first, and most important decision is in choosing the right company. Many other decisions come after that one, but if you get that wrong, there is not going to be a good outcome. We interviewed a couple of the TV guys first. Talk about Blue Suede and professionally trained sales persons! I found them quite entertaining actually, but not what we were looking for. My son had recently had some remodeling done and had high praise for the company he used. I knew the work was professional and quality, so I gave Jose Santos at J & M Remodeling LLC., a call. He came out and met with my wife and I and we hit it off immediately. I have done business with quite a number of contractors in my 70 years and I was impressed with his demeanor, his friendliness and his knowledge about what we wanted done and his welcome advice along the way. Jose gave us a fair bid (far less than the TV guys), took precise measurements and drew up a plan that we all agreed to. He finished the work a week ahead of schedule and the end result was more than I expected. He was involved daily and his crew were perfectionists. I had about 10 feet fascia board under the roofline that need to be replaced. The guy showed up to give me an estimate. The quote I received was $2500 to replace the boards. I thought it was a mistake so I asked him if he meant to say $250 instead of $2500 and I never heard back from him so I guess he was serious about the amount he wanted to charge. I am an architect and generally rather picky when I have work done at my house. The project I needed done was a messy removal/replacement of a structural beam and a lot of associated framing, insulation and drywall replacement. When Jose first came over he and I struck a common language and understanding of the project. I was impressed and hired J & M for the project. Once onsite his crew worked hard and did a fantastic job removing the old and installing the new. They constructed a temporary plywood wall inside of my living room to help control the dust and keep construction to the areas being worked on.
