Lance did an INCREDIBLE job with our bathroom and floors. From our initial call, he was professional, fair, and collaborative. A few things that really set Lance apart were: - His commitment to making this a good experience for us from the very beginning. We had a tight timeline and needed to get work done before welcoming our first child, so Lance constantly reworked his schedule to ensure our project kept moving along. Even for change orders that werent in the agreed upon scope, he still asked his electrician to move his schedule around to help us with something because we didn't have a good local option. - Doing a great job anticipating construction issues and solving them quickly. We had a unique bathroom design and he put tons of thought into the details, like where shower door should go to maximize space, how to properly pitch our floors, where to place/run plumbing lines to be most functional, and more. Our water district required extra permits/inspections, and Lance was always on top of what needed to get done. Passed every inspection without issues. - Being an honest, trustworthy GC with high standards for his sub-contractors. The quality of work was really high, and Lance frequently stopped in to look things over. His subs did good work and were very respectful of our home while doing their work. Re-work was hardly ever needed, but they were always ready and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Lance's pricing was extremely fair and we never once felt he was trying to pull anything over on us. My husband and I wanted to replace existing carpet, vinyl, and tile with matching vinyl throughout the house. Lance was able to get us an estimate quickly and worked with us to pick the flooring we wanted. His team came out to complete the job shortly after the flooring was delivered and had the entire house done within just a few days. We can't rave enough about the crew of guys who performed the removal and installation! After unexpectedly finding real hardwood under the previous vinyl, we discussed our options and they willingly took on the extra labor to remove it (this was the only added cost from the initial estimate which is to be expected). They even covered all our white walls with plastic to ensure they didn't get dirty when removing the tile which was producing red dust. The crew had to return one final day to finish the stairs and our power had gone out about 30 minutes before they arrived but they found ways to still get the job done (they ran their power tools from their van and were even holding flashlights as it got dark). We were beyond impressed and are so happy with how the project turned out!
