I didn't mind when the price went from $.25 to $.50, I was paying for convenience. Today, I went to get something printed. I emailed the attachments (2 printing labels.) I was informed that the email address had changed and I was pointed to the new address. Then I was informed that it costs $2 to print a shipping label. I asked what a regular copy costs. "$.50" Look, this is their place, if they want to charge $100 to print a tax form that is their prerogative, but looking at what I want to print then deciding what to charge disgusts me. I hope charging 4x is worth it to the (possibly new) owners since they have lost all of my goodwill.

The UPS store is conveniently located in a mini mall with plenty of parking. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! I find it easier to buy boxes here but I pack the stuff myself to minimize pre-ship expenses. They can pack it for you, it's just spendy me thinks. My package arrived in SF when I hoped it would without the expense of 2 day or guaranteed shipping. I love that! Easy peasy visits here make this something I can check off my to-do list without enduring anxiety. That's worth a fiver!

Pretty seamless and quick transactions. The owner has even bailed me out when I came up short on a purchase which I thought was really nice. It was only a dollar, but a dollar is a dollar. We also have a post office box there for our business and have never had any issues. I agree with Elle D. on the international shipping deal. I tried to send something to Spain and it was so challenging that I gave up and went to the post office. They probably do it so infrequently, but meanwhile, some additional training on how to do this would be helpful.
