UPS keep vandalizing my packages, then they vandalize the replacement, and the replacement of the replacement. This has been a relentless issue, ive just been trying to get a comercial grade hardware organizers delivered to my business and every time UPS vandalizes them and the shipper wont use any other shipping outlet. It reached a point where I had to file BBB complaints but then the BBB started flagging my complaints as duplicates because they pertain to the same package that UPS will not stop vandalizing. UPS has even called my business to argue with my employees that they arent vandalizing our packages even when they arrived totally destroyed. UPS corporate then hung up on my employees and then emailed me telling me that they will only deal with the shipper and that im SOL even if the contents of the package is my property. I called their 1800 number and they put me on a hold forever, I just sat my cell phone down for hours and periodically checked to confirm I was still on hold. Went into the UPS store and they denied even being UPS at all, this specific location denied being UPS. I was told by a UPS driver named Crystal to go into the boyed acers sorting facility where the damage occurred and they threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave imediatley. This entire opedation is a pyramid scheme set up by their corporate offices to do everything to avoid accountability even making it so the UPS store is the only place thay can be revoewed for UPS conduct. no one at any level of this corporation will take accountability, they all just pass the blame around and even will deny being UPS at all if it allows them to pass blame. read more

I was dumbfounded, I couldn't believe how unpleasant and unfriendly the lady was that took my package and information and labeled it. Believe me, I don't like a chatty Cathy at all either. But if you are in customer service, at least be cordial and cut the condescending tone. She acts like it's a bother to have a customer shipping a package. I'd rather take my chances at the US Post Office than to darken the door of this place again. I've had nicer people at the DMV. Good luck to the ownership here. read more

Wonderfully friendly service when shipping things! Sometimes I have to ship things from my one house to the other. Other times I ship things for my super cute niece and nephew in Seattle. The UPS store is conveniently located in a mini mall with plenty of parking. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! I find it easier to buy boxes here but I pack the stuff myself to minimize pre-ship expenses. They can pack it for you, it's just spendy me thinks. My package arrived in SF when I hoped it would without the expense of 2 day or guaranteed shipping. I love that! Easy peasy visits here make this something I can check off my to-do list without enduring anxiety. That's worth a fiver! read more

My packages were pre-labeled, but the lady at the counter told me I had to wait in line behind everybody else just to drop the packages. What is the point of pre-labeling if you have to wait in line? So moronic! And, the staff was very rude about it as well. There are other UPS stores around, don't give this location your business. read more

Having been into this UPS store on two occasions I have to say that I do really like this spot. Conveniently located in a strip mall off a main thoroughfare in Bend, it is easily accessible and has other shopping opportunities in close proximity. The store interior is clean and well lit as well as organized in a manner that you can find what you need with little fuss. The staff are pretty solid as well, ranging from very friendly to strictly business - sort of like a mullet but without the strange looks and ridicule. I will be making this a regular stop in Bend I think, well done UPS Store, well done! read more

Really this place gets 0 stars. This is the 3rd time ive been here where the staff has been beyond rude. I came in to send a box with a barcode the manufacturer sent me, and when I showed them the barcode to scan they said no it needs to be, and pointed to the qr code. So I asked do you want the bar code or qr code? She snapped at me and said whatever its the same thing. You'll need to email to the store for us to print it which will cost you $2.99. I said you could be a lil nicer to customers, and got a snotty" sorry whatever. " so I took it across town to the other ups place by century and they were able to scan my barcode, and print it no problem for free. I spend over $100/week here with our business. No more this place clearly doesnt value regular customers, and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

FIVE STAR SERVICE! The management and staff are amazing, extremely friendly and super helpful! I run a busy small business and come to this store everyday for mail, drop off and pick up. Jenae and Jessica are the two employees I work with the most and they both go way beyond what is asked or expected. I've never had a bad experience at this store. All of the staff here are hard working and they do their best to keep up with the lines that form due to the growth we're experiencing in the city of Bend. More people, more businesses, more mail and packages. The length of the line is not a bad reflection on this store or it's employees. This is such a useful service. My wife shops on line some and when we need to return things we go here. Sometimes we can use packaging product came in sometimes it needs repacking. They handle either way. Also when mailing package they take care of it. If not sure which is best way they give you options. Their system tracks who we have shipped to in the past. We give them a name and they print labels. Very efficient. Helps prevent errors caused by reentering addresses. Have found people helpful and friendly read more

This location on 3rd Street in Bend is the best UPS location in town. Though they have the same owner, this location is always incredibly helpful and friendly. The parking is tricky at times but well worth driving a little out of the way for their kind service. read more

So it might be weird to review a UPS store, but that's how awesome this place is. I order a lot from Amazon, so inevitably I'm returning a few things here and there, and we find ourselves at this store a lot. It's rarely ever crowded, they have tons of packing supplies and space for you to box your shiznit up, and they recycle foam peanuts/packaging! They also supply tape and scissors! That alone makes them light years ahead of the post office. Add all this to the fact that the staff is actually nice and pleasant, and there's really no reason to ever go to the post office ever again. Oh, and they have a huge parking lot, with convenient 10 minute spaces. Because honestly, 10 minutes is all you need. No lines, people. read more

This UPS store is a hidden gem. It's okay if everyone knows, they can handle it. Discovered them when doing my holiday 2013 shipping. No line, no wait, quick and friendly service. Last two years they have gotten my packages safely packed and out the door for holiday delivery. And I've added a couple of other trips there to have them help me return items, etc. They were very knowledgable about best way to ship, maximized space while minimizing risk (breakage) to get me the best value. Nice supply of decorative mailers (saves on wrapping), decent greeting card selection and I'm sure other things that I didn't notice. Post office box service as well. read more

UPS customer service was absolute garbage, but I called Jessica and she rerouted the shipment, used her magic to ship the box very fast, and got me a refund. Wow!!! Thank you Jessica. D DONT WASTE TIME - ONLY NOTARIZE "SOME" documents. Notary associate refused to notarize something and didn't quite understand how an I-9 document works. Before even reading the document, the notary immediately put it back in my hands and said she could not notarize it due to it being a 1099. Explain it's not a 1099. It's an I-9 which is a completely different document. Then proceeded to say that notaries in Oregon can't notarize I-9 and that It has to be special individuals to notarize. SHE IS INCORRECT - I Confirmed through State of Oregon's notary website...that is not true at all! She can notarize it and CONFIRMED on the notary.org website, even has instructions for people who have never notarized an I-9 form to help them through the process (Does not require seal, just signature). Not only did I have instructions from my employer on how to fill out the document. The State of Oregon Notary .org website was also referenced in the instructions I supplied. After she said she didn't want to do it, even with the supplied documentation & supporting documentation. She then proceeded to say that the owner of the UPS store does not allow those kind of notaries. As it's due to sensitive information.... fun fact, an I-9 is not sensitive and in fact, the notary is literally just confirming your supporting documentation that you're an American citizen. Everyone does that and a lot times doesn't require the seal just a signature from a notary to confirm the documentation is real. Waste of time and energy! Just go somewhere else or use Amazon, they also have a WAY cheaper selection for small business needs (last day using UPS, for my bigger needs and my small business). Went there with a very large package and had a difficult time getting through the door. After struggling to open the door and finally entering the store, I made a suggestion to the gentleman behind the counter that they should get sliding doors. He responded in a snide way saying, "if you want to pay for them we'd be happy to accept". I don't think that was appropriate at all, especially after he watched me struggle to get into the store. His tone made me demeaned and insulted in front of the other customers. Not good customer service at all. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

I stopped by here today to notarize a few documents. I scheduled an appointment, but found myself showing up about 20 minutes early. As I waited in line a nice lady asked if I needed helped and assisted me on the spot despite my early timing. She was very friendly and helpful, which made the task quite pleasant. I accidentally left my iPad, MacBook Pro, smart drives, and all my cords in a Days Inn in Bend, OR. The Days Inn was very cordial and accommodating by dropping off my items at this store for delivery. The girl that helped me, Aiyanna, was more than courteous and helpful. She packed my items with exceptional care to the point that I had difficulty getting them out of the package. I am ever so grateful for this employee and her care to my belongings. All of my items arrived safely and although my address was kicked out of the computer because the computer did not recognize it, Aiyanna overroad the system and added my PO box so there would be no problems finding me. The UPS truck operator made it a point to locate the number of my house not by his map that did not list my house, but by the number on the residence. He, Josh, was glad that the number was posted in large digits to be easily seen. Thank you to all the effort it took on Aiyanna's part and the delivery personal of FedEx and UPS, to get my items to me safe and sound. I am extremely grateful!! What a great store! read more
