Great job. Tony was great and the results of carpet are above expectations, will definitely have them return! read more

I've used this company three times now. My first experience was excellent. The second visit was just okay, so I reached out to the company to share my concerns. The owner, Tony, personally contacted me, acknowledged the issue, and offered to come out himself to handle the next cleaning if I was willing to give them another opportunity. I accepted, and I'm glad I did. Tony followed through on his word and did an outstanding job. It's refreshing to see a business owner take feedback seriously, get directly involved, and make things right to ensure customer satisfaction. To be clear, this work was paid for--this review isn't based on any free service. I'm leaving it because Tony stood by his commitment and delivered quality work, and I believe that level of accountability deserves recognition. read more

Not a great experience. A few things... first Jonathan was late. Jonathan was curt and dismissive. He failed to put in blocking/plastic barrier under footings of furniture( this had always been done in prior cleans). I did put in protective after discovering it. However it tracked up the wet carpet and is still noticeable after it's dried. Lastly the house was left smelling musty(has not been the case in the past). Unfortunately I would not recommend Interior Care read more

Wonderful service! They answered all my preliminary questions and made me feel comfortable. The technician was very professional. Showed up on time and did a great job. I definitely would recommend and will be using Interior Care Carpet Cleaning in the future! read more

You're home. You take off your shoes at the door because you aren't a savage (and you like to walk around barefooted on carpet) living where it snows a good part of the year makes carpeted flooring something we really like especially in the areas we want to feel most snuggly comfy. Floors must be clean then yes? Yes. Yes! What happens when your carpets aren't so clean? You call a professional to come. Who do you choose? Someone you trust. Family owned businesses like this is literally why I joined Yelp over a decade ago. I love local businesses. I love using Yelp to help them build their business. Great small businesses make my community great. I'm all for that whether I am in San Francisco or in Bend. They are honest, hard working, kind, and they have great skill and knowledge about flooring. The high suction vacuum was super impressive especially for me with my dust/mold allergy. I used that handy dandy Yelp quote feature and I chose them. They arrived on time. Price was exactly as quoted. The work they did made my carpets look brand new again! I left them working in my home so I could go to the UPS store to ship some stuff to my SF home and run errands around Bend. I trusted them that much. Bookmark this one. The snow in Bend makes our carpets weird. Call them. Get your carpets taken care of by a conscientious family business. I trust them. I highly recommend. read more

Tony was great, he was prompt and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend and will use him again.

Jacob did a nice job cleaning our carpets, once he arrived. But he was an hour and a half late. Not his fault; the company van broke down. Things happen, I understand. But when he was 30 minutes overdue I had to call the office to find out where he was. Seems like in this age of cell phone communication it would have been simple to text me or ask his office to get in touch. That said, I have used Interior Care several times in the past and never had a problem. They are easy to schedule because, unlike many carpet cleaners, it is not a one man operation. Their people have always shown up on time, been polite, efficient, and they did a thorough job on our carpets. Their prices seem pretty much in line with other carpet cleaning services in our area. I would recommend Interior Care and will call them the next time our carpets are due for cleaning. read more

This is the 3rd time I've had Interior Care Carpet Cleaning come out to clear the dryer vent (I'm renting and this house is a design nightmare with a problematic dryer vent) and the 2nd time that Ryan has been the service provider. He showed up on time on a 20F morning with a smile and started his work right away. He was thorough and efficient. I cannot recommend ICCC enough; ask for Ryan when you call! read more

Their reviews speak for themselves! We've used them 4 times now for our large house in Bend, and each time they are AWESOME! Unlike most service companies in Bend which blow you off and don't show up, Laura, her husband, and her Son Jacob are total Pros! Seriously, I own two businesses myself and I'm a stickler for great service, if you need carpets cleaned don't bother even calling anyone else. read more

I got a very quick response back from them after contacting them about getting my carpets cleaned. I got right in the next week which was awesome considering it's right before thanksgiving! They were very nice over the phone and through email, had all my questions answered just about same day. My carpets had not been cleaned in about 2 years and so they were needing it! They came while I was at work and all the pet stains and regular stains and heavy traffic areas were cleaned very nicely! I will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

Our dog got sick ALL OVER the bedroom. Realizing the job was bigger than we could handle, we started requesting quotes for carpet cleaning at 8pm. Job was quick and affordable. Thanks so much! Highly recommended! read more
