We have a diabetic elderly dog that urinates frequently. Even though we keep her in diapers, sometimes it overflows or her diaper falls off, and we had some house sitters who didn't clean up after her too well. You get the picture. Between the stains and odor, our living room had become quite an unpleasant place to spend time. Adam was a straight shooter as far what we could expect from his service, which is about as strong as an endorsement as you could give to someone in this line of work. Adam didn't promise me the world, and I didn't expect it for a level of damage that likely warranted a new carpet or more. However, the result I did receive from Adam's work went above and beyond my expectations and you honestly couldn't tell a hapless lhasa apso-terrier had made the carpet her personal toilet. Anyway, Adam provides quality work. I will be having him return for more carpet cleaning in the future. read more

After a tech snafu, Adam called and got me patched up. We're scheduled for next week!

I gave Adam a huge challenge. We have a house that was a rental and the carpets are done full of pet stains and really need to be thrown out. I asked him if he could come in and just get rid of some of the odor to help us live there till we can replace it this summer. He didn't promise me he could but darned if he didn't. They looked amazing but of course some of the spots came back not his fault. But the smell definitely improved. I love it when a vendor under promises and overdelivers. We will use Adam again read more

Yesterday was the second time I had Adam come to my home to clean. The first time he cleaned my couch and did an amazing job so I had him come back to clean my living room dining room for the new year. They were pretty bad around our heavy foot traffic areas since we host a lot. The carpet looks brand new! Adam even gave me some tips for cleaning at home! Adam is very passionate about what he does and is meticulous and takes his time cleaning! I would recommend him to everyone! read more

After my tenants moved out, the dog smell & hair was nauseating! I used a professional carpet cleaner that used enzymes, and eventually, an ozone treatment. The smell was just as bad or worse after spending hundreds of dollars. I was told the only other option on my 2-year old carpet, was to replace it. That's when Adam's Carpet Cleaning came in! Adam listened to my situation and felt confident with his solution. I agreed, and he didn't disappoint!!! He knows how to rid the source of the smell, and execute accordingly. Adam took extra care and time on our carpets, and had it smelling fabulous just in time for new tenants to move in!! Adam was reasonably priced and saved me from having to replace the carpet!! Thank you, Adam!! I will be using you again! read more

Ok, wow, I want to be clear about a couple of things. Yes, Adam fixed his mistake of mixing two chemicals together which he stated caused the problem and the carpet now looks great (as it did the few other times we've had it cleaned by another company before). But it was the strangest experience with a carpet cleaner I've ever had. After my senior citizen mother called and told him she did not want him to come over for a third time- he did anyway. He showed up at our house unannounced. Unfortunately, I was not at home or I would have insisted he schedule an appointment to come back. Later, when I arrived home from work and saw his van I felt so uncomfortable that I left and went to a friend's house until he was gone. I do feel lucky he actually cleaned the carpets this time. A couple of days later he called me and my mother about my Yelp rating and review. He scared me and my mother and again made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I stated I would talk it over with her and get back to him he told me "No, you will remove the post" in a demanding authoritative type voice. I then hung up as I was starting to feel bullied by this man. He then sent me a text the next day telling me again how I must remove my Yelp review. I'm pretty sure Yelp was created for customers to rate businesses in order to help each other better select who we want to hire. This was really my experience and, as a Yelp user, I share it. Good luck Adam, you seem to have all great reviews and I'm sure you'll do fine. read more

I found adam's carpet cleaning here on Yelp. We were moving out of our apartment in Huntington Harbor, and our landlord was going to take most of our security deposit because he deemed the carpet was "damaged" and "unsalvageable". After reading the reviews we decided to give Adam a try. We gave him a call on Saturday for monday and he was able to fit us in. He was on time, professional. He had given us an estimate over the phone but that was approximate since he didn't have the square footage. So he measured and then made an invoice right then and there on his laptop. It took about two-two and half hours for him to do our whole apartment. but WOW! You would have never known he had a dog in the apartment, basically erased his existence. His method really gets the carpets CLEAN! He brought the carpet back within normal wear and tear and we are now not being charged for carpet by our landlord. THANK YOU ADAM! read more

I would highly recommend Adams Carpet Cleaning to anybody who expects the job to be done thoroughly and professionally! I was ready to order new carpet for install just before I found Adam's ad on Yelp and noticed the carpet in his photos looked almost as bad as the carpet I was about to replace. I emailed him my photos asking if it was worth his time...he replied and showed up the following day and was gladly willing to do a test spot for me before I committed. When I saw the amazing results, I had him do the entire house and you'll see by the photos I just uploaded, he was a miracle-worker with this grease-laden carpet that previous tenants trashed. There are just a couple of minor spots that need to be re-done and he offered to return to complete the job...which I trust he will. He's an easygoing, honest-to-goodness type of guy and the prompt and excellent service he offers is way refreshing ! read more

After reading several reviews I decided to call Adams Carpet Cleaning for an appointment for an estimate. He told me that he could do it over the phone. I told him how many rooms and he quoted me $270. A little high I thought for 2bd, living, dining, and hall. Our house is only 1200 sq ft. But I scheduled anyway thinking that it would be worth it. When the tech showed up he said that it would be $365! He did honor his quote but I felt taken advantage of. One of the bedrooms had a king size bed and he only had to clean around it. He did vacuum really well. I felt like he could have done a better job with the carpet cleaning as the transitions still were dirty. I will call Stanley Steamer next time. read more

Our carpets have been needing to be cleaned for awhile how. We have a big lab, a cat and the usual life stains that have worked their way into the carpet. We called Adam and when he called back we were promptly scheduled and a ball work estimate given as I explained the work. That ballpark estimate was very close to the real bid. When Adam arrived he was courteous and professional. The work was done on a timely basis and the carpets, stairs and bedrooms all looked great! When he was done he meticulously cleaned up, left us some booties and explained how to help the carpet dry. Definitely would use Adam again! read more

Adam was able to come out and clean the carpets in a home I had just purchased with only a few days notice. He gave me an estimate over the phone and the actual cost of the job once he was onsite was close To the original estimate so I was happy with that as well. He was knowledgeable about his trade and very thorough; it took longer than I expected but I am not going to complain about exceptional work. My carpets look brand new for the most part and the worst worn parts just look a bit worn still so I feel much better about delaying installing new flooring for a while. I would absolutely recommend Adam to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned! read more

Adam knows his stuff! He goes over the chemistry of why stains and stink don't go away. Adam hooked me up with a spray to get rid of this stinky rug/carpet thing that was in my office I just leased. The spray was powerful and took a week to do its thing but it did the trick. read more

Last week we had Adam's Carpet Cleaning clean the carpets in the home we just bought. We needed it done soon and he was able to come and clean in a couple of days from our initial call. He was very detailed in explaining how the job would be done and that sold us. He was a little more expensive than what we wanted to spend however, we are so glad we hired him. He worked a total of 4 hours on this house and it turned out fantastic! WE did not think the carpet could be saved it was so dirty...however when we returned we had what looked like NEW carpet. So happy with the detailed job that he did on this carpet. We will not need to replace it any time soon since Adam did a superb job. He was very nice, explained everything. We are so happy we hired Adam to do our carpet, you will be too. See photos. read more

My daughter had remodeling work done in her home. She also had an older dog that because of her age was having accidents in the house. Between the 2 major reasons to have a carpet cleaned we called Adams Carpet Cleaning Co. I explained to the lady at Adams that this wouldn't be an in-and-out job because of the urine and remodeling dirt/sawdust. She assured me the cleaner (Mike) would do his best. AND HE DID. He went above and beyond the call...the rugs looked fantastic. I am planning on having Adams come out and do my home very soon. Chris read more

Adam cleaned our carpets and they look way, way better than they did when we first moved into the place. Whoever supposedly did it before must not have known what they were doing. Adam is very knowledgeable, thorough, and obviously cares a lot about what he does and about doing a good job at it. He'll bend over backwards to make sure his customers are happy (obviously the other reviews speak for themselves). Thanks for the great work. read more

My son and his roommate had been procrastinating having their carpets cleaned, so I decided to use Yelp to get someone out for an estimate to nudge them along. It worked! I just happened to pick Adam's Carpet Cleaning service after seeing some of the photos on other reviews. I'm fairly certain I could have gotten a Groupon deal and paid less, but I was hoping for a really good job done on this worn and stained carpet, not a company needing to generate more work through Groupon. Sure glad I did. He came to estimate, but was ready to work right then and there when the guys gave him the okay. He has a special tool that was able to locate urine in the padding from the dog. Because the carpet was in bad condition when they first rented, they opted not to pay anything additional. He didn't try any hard sell tactics, rather just let them know their options. My son and the roommate had to leave for work, but I stayed. He spent a long time doing a very thorough job. Although the carpet looked really good wet, some of the spots came back as it dried. When my son returned, he thought the carpet looked great, but I thought he might want to call Adam back since there were still spots. That's when he told me those spots had been there since he rented and were noted on the rental agreement because the landlord already had the carpet cleaned professionally and they were still there. The carpet had been cleaned several times professionally since then and no one has been able to remove them. No one even knows what caused those stains. I understand no carpet cleaner can remove every single stain. What I do know is he sure tried. He spent a lot of time on this carpet. For the age and condition of the carpet, I think it looks as good as it's ever going to look. read more

Adam is a friend so naturally we asked him to do our carpets. We had some really bad pet stains that had sat for months and we have 2 kids so we called him out. THEN, I had all my worries, "He's a friend, what is he take short cuts because we're friends?" "What is he does a crap job and things are awkward?" Well, all the reviews are correct! Adam did a GREAT job. The dog pee smell is LONG gone and it's been two weeks. Other carpet cleaners I have used left the carpet great when they left and a week later, smells and stains returned. Adam was punctual, even for a friend where you might not be as professional, he was here when he said he would be and got to work! He pre-treated the problem areas and explained what he was doing. He worked diligently until it was done, even when we tried to shoot the breeze a bit, he didn't stop working. He cleaned the stains in our carpet, the rest of the carpet AND our truck that had molded over from lack of use. I wish we had before and after pics! I am relieved that he took his work seriously and I'm tickled pink, (maybe even fuchsia) over how great our carpets look and smell. As we move out of here and into our new home, we'll be having him out to clean those before we move in (alright Adam?) We'd use him a 100 times over. read more

Adam answered on the first call and was very eager to help. My dog and a few friends dogs have made themselves at home.... and marked a few places. Then above that my dog got sick ALL over. It was too much for a simple spot cleaner. Adam was very knowledgeable and was telling me that he uses this "rotary extraction" tool... basically it's what makes him unique - it spins and scrubs and extracts and does millions of these motions. So like deep clean is an understatement... but my carpet is clean and my mind is at ease. It was $150 for the entire living room steam clean. Would have been $300 if o did the full extraction (but it's an apartment soooo). read more

Adam was super great about working with my busy schedule. He came and worked on some pet stain spots that I could not get out using the "over the counter" sprays. Adam is extremely conscientious about carpet cleaning. He takes a lot of time and care and successfully treats a variety of stains. He has a strong work ethic and is focused on customer service. I am most impressed that he has several cleaning methods and carpet cleaning equipment at his disposal, depending on what is needed. He starts with a commercial strength vacuum before the cleaning step. My vacuum is pretty good, but his is better. I have tried several companies over the years, and Adam's Carpet Cleaning is the best. You get what you pay for. Apparently, he also does grout cleaning and upholstery cleaning as well. I rarely post reviews, but I do recommend Adam's Carpet Cleaning! read more

Adam is a true professional. I had my carpet cleaned after 3 years. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how clean he was able to get my carpet clean. I had new carpet put in about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately due to a mishap with my doggie door, my pets had peed and pooped on the carpet! I called Adam a few months ago and he did an Amazing job in cleaning and disinfecting the areas of my carpet that were damaged! I wasn't sure if it was going to come out since we had already used a rug doctor on the stains once before! Adam guaranteed that if the stain came back, he would come back and clean it again at no cost! Well like i said it was a complicated stain and it came up but not as bad. Adam just finished cleaning the spot again at no cost to me and kept his promise! Adam is very thorough and is great at what he does! He even cleaned an area that had nothing to do with the original stain! AWESOME JOB ADAM! Thank you! read more

Totally happy. He was on time and did a wonderful job. Cleans carpet and I got lucky and had same day service.

I decided to use Adams Carpet Cleaning based off the Yelp reviews and was satisfied with the service I received. I have several urine stains throughout my house from my cat and though he let me know ahead of time that he would not be able to completely remove the stains (they are pretty bad and I expected as much), he assured me that at least the stains would be lighter. He recommended an extra treatment, but I declined, but he ended up easing anyways on one of the worst spots. He wanted to "test" it and although I think it did not do much, I appreciated his effort and thought it was interesting that he was literally amused and genuinely interested if the spray would work and how it would work. I appreciate Adam's upfront attitude in regards to cost of everything, calm and friendly demeanor, and the ease of communication I received from him (called ahead of time to let me know he is running late, confirmation that my appointment had been set, etc). When he left, all the urine spots were significantly lighter than before and some even became pretty hard to notice. I was even reminded that my carpet is actually blue since he steam cleaned all the urine areas! I had him quote me on steam cleaning the entire house and will definitely use him once I decide I want the house steam cleaned. read more
