Upon completion, I noticed 1 small area that needed a bit more paint, and on the 3rd day that was addressed. Some painters in town will bid based on their "slow " times when they don't have enough commercial jobs...therefore bid lower for residential. I had one painter bid twice as high as Way To Go, because this is their business paradigm. Always look for competitive bids. Hopefully Way To Go will still be around when I want another job.

I contacted High Ridge when I had a sudden slow leak coming from a recessed light in my ceiling…read more Not only did I get a response almost immediately, even at 9:30pm at night, but they were to my home first thing in the morning to access the situation. Luckily it turned out that the cause of my leak wasn't a leaking roof but actually caused by a build up of leaves and tree debris causing water to be backlogged and forced up under my shingles. They informed me of this and saved me from having to do anything besides jumping on my roof and clearing it all away. After a few hours of clearing everything, it was good as new and now I know not to allow this debris to sit on my roof during rainy season. I highly recommend High Ridge Roofing for all of your roof repair needs! Thanks for all your help!

James, the owner, and Dallas just finished painting our house and we couldn't be more pleased. They…read moreare extremely detail oriented and took their time to make sure each part of the job was done with just as much care as the first. James let us know some areas that would need to be repaired before the next rainy season & how we could retrofit our old gutter system to work more effectively rather than suggesting replacing them. He and his crew of one were always here when they said they would be, were polite & considerate, gave us updates on progress each day & were really easy & pleasant to work with. We would absolutely hire James and Dallas again for future projects. Their pricing was not the lowest and also not the highest. You get what you pay for & these guys are worth it.

This company installed engineered hardwood in our townhouse in stages over the last 10 years. When…read morewe moved into a manufactured home in November 2025, we needed to replace the carpet but could no longer afford hardwood. Because we trusted this business, we decided to see if we had other, less expensive options. Kurt and Julie helped us find a quality laminate that didn't break our budget and brightened up the home beautifully. It's easy for us senior citizens to keep clean, too. A special bow of appreciation to Mitch, who did a terrific job on the new baseboards -- he painstakingly fine-tuned the places where new baseboards met old -- and was a true pleasure to have around. Even our dog liked him! If you want the job done right, these are the folks to contact.

My partner and I just purchased our first home and wanted to replace the carpet with hardwood. We…read morehad Kurt and Julie come out to take measurements and get us an estimate and they were great! They were very friendly, worked quickly, and explained everything to us. We got an estimate a few days later and agreed to have New Dimension do the work. We approved the contract and paid the deposit and they ordered the wood. We ordered Brazilian cherry solid hardwood that we wanted finished in place. We wanted it to match the existing wood that part of the house had and they got it pretty close! They started work on October 8th and were completely done with the floors the 20th. We ended up having them replace the baseboards too because we wanted something that looked nicer, so we got another estimate for that and they got to work. Brandon was the main guy doing our floors. He was very nice and honest and communicated with me regularly to let me know how everything was progressing. We got the existing floors refinished at his recommendation and they look amazing, so much better than when we bought the house! There was a small issue with the first round of sealing the existing floors and Brandon let me know immediately and fixed it for us, which did push our move-in date a few days but ultimately wasn't a problem. He also gave us a recommendation for which product to use to keep our floors clean and in good condition which I'm thankful for. Mitch took care of our baseboards and was super nice. He worked on his own and was very efficient, fixing things as he found them and asking me questions when needed. We were living in the house by the time he got started but we just stayed out of his way and made sure he had what he needed. He was very friendly and helpful and we loved having him around. Overall we had a fantastic experience with New Dimension. Julie was super nice and called me to update me regularly, and their employees were all great. They're coming back in January to replace the carpet with wood on our stairs and we are looking forward to it. We highly recommend going with New Dimension if you are looking for a flooring or baseboard upgrade!
