Would definitely work these people again. Had to arrange a bit long distance for a deep cleaning for my Dads place, years of build up in kitchen and bathroom. I got a fast estimate and was able to be scheduled right away. Cleaning did take longer then they thought since it was a bit worse then expected but I am happy with the results and the cleaning was also done a very nice and non judgmental way. It can be rough for someone to have strangers come in and clean and do thing that you might think you should have done yourself and it just gets worse as time goes on. Wow, what a hidden gem! Michelle and her team did an amazing job sprucing our place up. Every step and interaction was considerate with excellent and clear communication of the task list, pricing, etc. all while trying to stay within our limited budget. Very reasonable pricing for such a thorough job. She even went the extra mile for us and offered to pick up some containers from the store to help with organizing our bathroom because we've been so busy with work and life that I totally forgot to get them! Fantastic experience. We hired the company to clean our house that we are selling and staging. Michelle (the owner) was super communicative, gracious, and just downright lovely. My somewhat skeptical self thought it might all be a scam because she seemed too good to be true....but it was NOT! Michelle had Jill do a walk through of our house prior to the job, and Jill was prompt and efficient. There was a scheduling issue, that wasn't a big deal, but Michelle kept me apprised the entire time and there were zero other issues. Charming people to work with. It took a couple days for them to get back to my initial quote request, but after that communication was prompt, clear, and friendly. I got a move out cleaning and unfortunately the team didn't leave my home as clean as I expected. The two major issues were choosing what to clean and the level of cleaning any given item. Choosing what to clean: when the team was nearing being done they asked us to take a look and we had to point out several places that hadn't been touched -- baseboards, areas of the floor, rims of drawers, etc. Level of cleaning: in many areas it seemed the team lightly wiped things down with a damp cloth, but didn't apply much elbow grease for more stubborn issues. For example, the seams between sections of the faucet were still dirty and after they mopped there were still some old dried drips of food on the kitchen floor. The team was very communicative and open to feedback. They did ask us to point out what more we wanted done before they left, and were happy to do what we asked. However, we were working from home and didn't have the bandwidth to project-manage the cleaning. They did charge us on the low end of their quote range, but we ended up doing some additional cleaning ourselves. Again, really friendly people to work with, but I wouldn't recommend for a deep clean based on my experience. read more

I requested a quote thru Yelp, which they say average response is 6hrs. I did not get any response for 3 days. So, I emailed them asking for a quote. The next day I received a call and we set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. On Sunday I got a call that there was a conflict and could we reschedule for 3:00 instead of 1:00. I said sure and we reset the appointment. Then 10-15min later i get another call that 3:00 is not possible can we reschedule for another day? Totally unprofessional and disorganized operation. I live in San Diego, and the other siblings live just as far away, so I hired the company that had the best reviews on Yelp and Michelle definitely earned her 5 stars! My stepmom has had trouble getting around and doing the hard work around the house for quite a while now so we hired Housekeeping Express to go in and scrub everything as a Mother's Day present. 4 people put in 4 hours each and they wiped down the walls, windows, and even the picture frames, and of course bathrooms, kitchens, etc, and really made my stepmom as happy as could be! So much so that she hired her to come and scrub once a month. We knew the first deep cleaning (in maybe 10 or 30 years) would take a long time and we pre-authorized whatever it took and we are all very very happy with the job that Michelle and crew did. Michelle and Lori came to my rescue when I needed my daughters house cleaned before she brought home a premature new baby, they were fabulous! I gave Michelle an extensive list of deep cleaning requests. She communicated with Lori and did a very thorough cleaning. Lori came to the house for two days and helped me put everything in order. Concerned over Covid Lori wore a mask and was very conscious of anything and any room the baby was going to be exposed to. Lori was on time and came in extra to finish the job. My daughter will be moving into a new house soon and I have hired them to do cleaning for the new house and cleaning for the house they are leaving along with biweekly cleaning.I personally have had a housekeeper for 30 years and I'm a bit of a clean nut.
