I recently contacted Housekeeping Express to inquire about Housekeeping services. Michelle contacted me quickly and we discussed our options. We decided to do an initial deep cleaning with continuing bi-weekly cleaning. Michelle and Maranda arrived on time and proceeded to give my house the deep cleaning it needed after a remodel. Work was performed efficiently, effectively and with great communication. I feel that the cost was reasonable given the work performed. I look forward to working with Michelle and Maranda on a continuing basis. I highly recommend contacting Housekeeping Express for your cleaning needs. read more

I was very appreciative of Michelle's patience and help with scheduling a move out cleaning in an apartment. She fit us in her schedule. Michelle and her partner was very thorough in cleaning what we gave her on the list . It was spotless so that we can get our deposit back. It's very important to have someone that you can count on and to clean thoroughly so that you can get your money back upon moving out. I would recommend her to anyone. read more

Michelle the owner is such a nice person. We had a little trouble trying to figure out pricing as we had just moved in, so we decided on 3 bathrooms between a price range. All three baths were $275 and all sparkling clean! She made a special accommodation to get us in before the holiday which was very sweet. Her team members were all very nice, and professional. I know she does move in and move out cleanings and I would imagine she would do an excellent job at either. read more

Would definitely work these people again. Had to arrange a bit long distance for a deep cleaning for my Dads place, years of build up in kitchen and bathroom. I got a fast estimate and was able to be scheduled right away. Cleaning did take longer then they thought since it was a bit worse then expected but I am happy with the results and the cleaning was also done a very nice and non judgmental way. It can be rough for someone to have strangers come in and clean and do thing that you might think you should have done yourself and it just gets worse as time goes on. This was a good reset cleaning and inspiration for him to keep up in the future. read more

Wow, what a hidden gem! Michelle and her team did an amazing job sprucing our place up. Every step and interaction was considerate with excellent and clear communication of the task list, pricing, etc. all while trying to stay within our limited budget. Very reasonable pricing for such a thorough job. She even went the extra mile for us and offered to pick up some containers from the store to help with organizing our bathroom because we've been so busy with work and life that I totally forgot to get them! Things like this really set a business apart and it is clear Michelle and her people care a lot about doing a great job. Not to mention the work itself was A+. It feels great walking into a clean home. I was a janitor for a long time so I know good cleaning when I see it ;) Can't recommend enough. Gracias, amigas! read more

Michelle and her crew came and cleaned our home after we remodeled! It was very thorough and we appreciate how well everything was done. Will be using them again ! read more

I'm pretty pleased with my move-out cleaning experience with Housekeeping Express. They were flexible when I needed to change the date. Communicating with Michelle was good - there were some points of confusion, but we got them resolved. When I went into the house the next day though, I needed to do some spot sweeping and cobweb removal in two rooms. read more

Fantastic experience. We hired the company to clean our house that we are selling and staging. Michelle (the owner) was super communicative, gracious, and just downright lovely. My somewhat skeptical self thought it might all be a scam because she seemed too good to be true....but it was NOT! Michelle had Jill do a walk through of our house prior to the job, and Jill was prompt and efficient. There was a scheduling issue, that wasn't a big deal, but Michelle kept me apprised the entire time and there were zero other issues. They worked within our budget and were incredibly easy to work with in order to facilitate everything we needed. Would highly recommend. read more

Michelle and Jil were both very professional and great at communicating! They were very pleasant to work with and did a great job! Jil got into every nook and cranny and restored our appliances to like new condition! read more

Charming people to work with. It took a couple days for them to get back to my initial quote request, but after that communication was prompt, clear, and friendly. I got a move out cleaning and unfortunately the team didn't leave my home as clean as I expected. The two major issues were choosing what to clean and the level of cleaning any given item. Choosing what to clean: when the team was nearing being done they asked us to take a look and we had to point out several places that hadn't been touched -- baseboards, areas of the floor, rims of drawers, etc. Level of cleaning: in many areas it seemed the team lightly wiped things down with a damp cloth, but didn't apply much elbow grease for more stubborn issues. For example, the seams between sections of the faucet were still dirty and after they mopped there were still some old dried drips of food on the kitchen floor. The team was very communicative and open to feedback. They did ask us to point out what more we wanted done before they left, and were happy to do what we asked. However, we were working from home and didn't have the bandwidth to project-manage the cleaning. They did charge us on the low end of their quote range, but we ended up doing some additional cleaning ourselves. Again, really friendly people to work with, but I wouldn't recommend for a deep clean based on my experience. read more

The team did a great job cleaning my apartment for a move out. The apartment looked fantastic when they finished. I was fortunate to receive part of my deposit. read more

Michelle, the owner, and Holly did a walk-through with me last month and we reviewed my priorities for cleaning. It is important to me to have good communication regarding confirmation of the schedule and any time changes. She was great about that. When Michelle and Holly came this morning, we did another quick run-through of my cleaning priorities to ensure we were on the same page. Again, I really like the professional approach to avoid any confusion. Holly is an excellent house-cleaner and later Michelle came to check on everything, and assisted with the completion of the project. I am really pleased with their commitment to doing an excellent job, as well as communicating with me regarding anything that I might want or need done. Michelle and Holly are a pleasure to work with and will be using their services on a regular basis. The price range is very reasonable and you get excellent value. I highly recommend! read more

I used this business to do a deep clean of the house I was moving in to. They came out prior to look at the job and were very thorough looking at things to see what needed to be done. They asked questions to see exactly what I wanted and made sure to keep track of anything that I said was a must to get clean. The cleaning job they did was fabulous. All my appliances looked brand new after they were finished. The bathrooms, floors, and walls were so clean. I am extremely pleased at the job they did and the attention to detail. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning service. read more

Michelle is awesome! She has been prompt in all of her communication and was able to get us in ASAP. We got the whole house cleaned from top to bottom for a reasonable rate, and we will be continuing to have services every other week to keep it up. How nice it is to let someone else do the dirty work so we can enjoy a nice clean home, truly a dream come true I don't know why we waited this long. read more

I requested a quote thru Yelp, which they say average response is 6hrs. I did not get any response for 3 days. So, I emailed them asking for a quote. The next day I received a call and we set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. On Sunday I got a call that there was a conflict and could we reschedule for 3:00 instead of 1:00. I said sure and we reset the appointment. Then 10-15min later i get another call that 3:00 is not possible can we reschedule for another day? Totally unprofessional and disorganized operation. I will never do business with any company so disorganized!!! read more

Michelle was so prompt on getting back to me on what I needed for my house. Life is hectic and it was time for me to sit back and let someone else do the cleaning so I could just relax and have one less thing to worry about. Lori and Jessica came to my rescue! They were right on time and they did a wonderful job cleaning my house. I was able to get stuff done and not worry about my house for once. My husband came home and commented on how nice it looked and how nice it was we didn't have to deal with it after a 12 work day. Michelle checked in before and after the cleaning appointment to make sure all was satisfactory and if she could do anymore then next time. Such a great experience I can't wait to continue doing business then them. read more

Michelle and her crew did an absolutely incredible job deep cleaning my stepmom's house in Eugene. I live in San Diego, and the other siblings live just as far away, so I hired the company that had the best reviews on Yelp and Michelle definitely earned her 5 stars! My stepmom has had trouble getting around and doing the hard work around the house for quite a while now so we hired Housekeeping Express to go in and scrub everything as a Mother's Day present. 4 people put in 4 hours each and they wiped down the walls, windows, and even the picture frames, and of course bathrooms, kitchens, etc, and really made my stepmom as happy as could be! So much so that she hired her to come and scrub once a month. We knew the first deep cleaning (in maybe 10 or 30 years) would take a long time and we pre-authorized whatever it took and we are all very very happy with the job that Michelle and crew did. Highly recommended!! read more

Michelle and her team are amazing at what they do! I was looking for a deep clean and then monthly cleaning after that, and Michelle and her team delivered. Michelle is easy to communicate with, incredibly responsive, and was very flexible with my family's need to reschedule several times. Despite the mask mandate being lifted they were more than accommodating of my request to have anyone coming into my home be masked. The top to bottom clean has my home looking absolutely AMAZING and everyone was efficient, patient, and kind. Cannot recommend Housekeeping Express enough! read more

Michelle was very communicative and fair in her pricing. She responded to all messages and phone calls right away and very polite. Lori came to clean my house (move in deep clean) and was on time, polite and paid attention to exactly what I was needing done. She even noticed some problem spots that I wouldn't have thought to look at otherwise. She spent a full day working diligently to clean our home precisely how we were hoping it would be done. We did a walk through when she was done and she was mindful to point out any areas that were stained or scratched before we bought the home and assured me that she tried clean those areas as best she could. Their pricing was competitive and both ladies were professional and kind. I would highly recommend them! They even drove to Albany from Eugene just to give me a free estimate! read more

Michelle and Lori came to my rescue when I needed my daughters house cleaned before she brought home a premature new baby, they were fabulous! I gave Michelle an extensive list of deep cleaning requests. She communicated with Lori and did a very thorough cleaning. Lori came to the house for two days and helped me put everything in order. Concerned over Covid Lori wore a mask and was very conscious of anything and any room the baby was going to be exposed to. Lori was on time and came in extra to finish the job. My daughter will be moving into a new house soon and I have hired them to do cleaning for the new house and cleaning for the house they are leaving along with biweekly cleaning.I personally have had a housekeeper for 30 years and I'm a bit of a clean nut. I can tell you they are extremely good at what they do. The communication between the two of them was excellent in order to finish the job. I absolutely highly recommend them! read more
