I'm very pleased with this the job Emerald Valley Carpet Cleaning did on my carpets. Barry worked hard and got stains out from each room, the traffic areas and stairs look so nice! I'll definitely use them again! read more

If I could give zero stars I would! An acquaintance of mine (Mechelle Pasamonte) crapped/peed all over my house (too much Seroquel and laxatives, not a good combo after gorging on Mexican food) she hired Emerald to come clean the carpet. This was after I had spent countless hours scrubbing the carpet with bleach water and Lysol. The young man who showed up was very friendly and offered to clean the one side of my bed for free. The time it took him to do the carpet area and the bed was maybe 20 minutes. It took less than 30 minutes for everything to dry. Unfortunately, nothing smelled any different after the carpet dried and it actually seems worse than before! I would not recommend this business! read more

These guys are the best! Went above and beyond to make sure that everything was super clean and up beyond our expectations. We were moving into a new house that had dogs and the carpets had a terrible smell that didn't seem to go away with a rug doctor cleaning. Thank you to Liam and the team for everything! We'll be sure to call you again in the future read more

I'm pleasantly surprised at the fabulous job Emerald Valley did on my mom's carpet. Her carpet was very stained and now it looks brand new despite being at least 20 years old. I can't believe the difference. read more

I have used Chem Dry for several years and they have always done an exceptional job for me. When ever I call to make an appointment it is always accommodated in a timely professional fashion even if I have had to change an appointment's date. I would like to give a shout out to Perry that is generally the gentleman that does the carpets in my home. Great job Perry every single time. Thank you Chem Dry & Perry Noelle Brewer / Eugene, Oregon read more

We used this business yesterday and the carpet cleaning was fast, efficient and well done. Our carpet cleaner was Tiger and he was fantastic, hard working and would recommend this company in Eugene-Springfield any time. Thank you Ti for a friendly and great job. Will definitely use this company next time! read more

Responsive to my emailed request for service. They arrived exactly on time and gave an estimate based on measured square footage. We polite and respectful of my home. Rugs looked great after he was done. I would definitely use them again. read more

Don't let their weird name fool you, these guys do a great job with carpets and get an amazing amount of stains out. Like someone said before me, my carpets were cleaner in the apartment after they were done then when I moved in! The man that performed the cleaning was quick and friendly. The carpets also dried fairly quickly and smelled fantastic. I will definitely be using them again for my next carpet cleaning. read more

They ruined my $800 area rug, it should have never been cleaned with what they used, the guy didn't do his homework on wood rugs and now it's ruined, I've tried to fix it but it's all coming apart my car peed on a corner so I called them and they seemed to have been confident they could do the job. read more

Per our rental agreement, we got the carpets cleaned prior to moving out. Calling around we found that this service was much cheaper than the rental agency's suggestions, so we went with it. After he was done, the carpets were dramatically cleaner. Cleaner, in fact, than when we moved in. Old stains from before moving in which I thought were a forgone conclusion turned out to be much, much lighter, and in many cases, entirely removed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process, as well. read more

Great service. Outstanding prices. Way way better than steam cleaning (floor was dry in about 2 hours they finished after 7pm). They squeezed us in as the last stop of the day they stayed later, who does that? They got the whole house done the only day we could have it done! Very appreciative. The guys were very nice the carpets looked outstanding in my grandfathers home. Don't know if the floors were ever done looks great! They were honest about stains and how clean the carpet would be. Better than expected!!!! I suggest using them. No big hoses no loud pumps. No wet floors for half the day Thank you read more

Used Emerald Valley to try and get the dog smell out of the carpets. Already tried someone else with no look. They went above and beyond to help make sure the smell was eliminated. 100% would use them again read more

After getting told by 4 different carpet cleaners that they would not come from covid, area and etc. I called Emerald Valley Chem Dry. They had an opening and came when they said. WOW!!! TOTALLY CLEAN. Stains gone. And carpet pile was lifted. Im calling them first from now on. read more

Amazed to see that the 20 year old carpets look as good as the they did when installed after Chem-Dry cleaned them. With three dogs in the home and grandkids playing these carpets take a beating, but look so much better after Chem-Dry cleaned them read more

"Carpet Cleaning that's 100% Green & Clean Our cleaning solution, The Natural™, is made from 100% all-natural ingredients. You'll find NO soaps, NO detergents, NO solvents, NO enzymes or other harsh chemicals in our cleaning solution. The power of carbonation cleaning process gives you 100% Green & Eco-Friendly carpet cleaning safe for your home and family." The above statement is from the company's website. There is no better carpet cleaning than Chem-Dry. But its not bad chemicals like the name may make it sound. And no molding underneath, like when other carpet cleaning companies inject a ton of water down there. And not only is the amazingly clean carpet dry soon after they're done, this time we had three big coffee stains that would NOT come out. After this company finished, our white carpet looked like new! Thanks, Bill! We were very impressed with your work! read more

I had high hopes for this company as the reception/office team was very professional and courteous and the estimate went smoothly with the technician appearing professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, on the day of service, the technician (who was 20 minutes late) "discovered" mid-service that he would need to use 8x as much product as the estimate stated. This is, in my opinion, a bait and switch. At best, it is a lousy system in which the estimator or the service person was way off base and I still would not use them again. I will recommend all my friends and neighbors use other services. The bill ended up being more than twice the estimated cost and the service person simply wrote down my credit card number to take it back to the office. I am very uncomfortable with this archaic practice as well as the horrendous service I received. read more
