I would just recommend that potential customers ask detailed questions related to services that they are purchasing. Will what you recommend achieve the desired outcome after all services are complete? What are the guarantees of satisfaction for your services and is that in writing? I used a coupon in Hometown Savvy ($109 for 3 rooms and a hallway) to get my carpets cleaned after more than 6 months from a previous carpet clean. The two employees arrived 10 minutes early, which was so refreshing! They introduced themselves, were very polite and asked to see the house to see how to proceed with room cleaning. They took about 5-10 mins to set up equipment and prep rooms. They finished in about 35 minutes. They said it made the process easier since I had moved everything off the carpets prior to them arriving. At the end, he explained to me about carpet care habits and how to improve my carpet quality on my own. Paid via credit card and got an electronic and paper receipt. Impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and attentiveness. Would definitely recommend this company, especially at such a good deal with my coupon!
