Brother's was the third company I hired over the last several years and I am thrilled with the results. They aren't inexpensive but their cleaning method removed stains others simply gave up trying to remove. Most services are fine but you cannot appreciate the difference Brother's brings to the table. Deep clean, problem solving, courteous and their process is quick drying. read more

Just had my carpets cleaned at my mothers home at the quail run community , first time I've had them professionally cleaned and the overall results were good considering it was mostly a clean job the stains that were set in place years back won't come out no matter who cleans the carpet but Wayne the carpet technician was awesome he explained what he could clean and what would stains would not be removed ( fruit juices , Chocolate , etc,...) We have taken in an antique wool rug for cleaning and also had them to our house for furniture cleaning. Friendly, great prices. We will use them again. read more

I would recommend Brothers Carpet Cleaning. We have two senior dogs that have accidents and our carpet was in need of a good cleaning and deodorizing. Our service provider Sven was nice and took extra time to go over spots that were particular problem areas. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it was a little more expensive than with other carpet cleaners I have used ($95 for our small living room and hallway - we did not do the bedrooms since our dogs spend most of their time in the living area). Also they were about 10-15 minutes late (but I do not fault them completely since we live in an apartment complex and the trying to find a specific building can be difficult). Nevertheless, I would use their services again. read more

We finally got our carpets cleaned after 5 years of hemming and hawing around! We listen to KRVM and hear that they support our local live radio station. That's a plus right there! We also asked friends for recommendations and Brothers Carpet Cleaning kept popping up. We had them come out the other day to clean our carpets and were totally delighted. Jeremy, the carpet cleaning technician, was very professional. He carefully measured the carpet, did his calculations and told us up front what it would cost. He also explained exactly what he was going to be doing and what process he would be using to clean our carpets. Our carpets had multiple unknown stains and he was able to get all of them out! They look brand new again! We would gladly recommend Brothers without any hesitation. Marcia, a happy customer. read more

Jeremy from Brothers was here for a second time. I called them back because he did an amazing job a year ago. He's very thorough, he gets into tiny spaces that other cleaners have ignored. He's polite and gracious. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Our carpets are super clean. I've tried others, but came back to Brothers. Courteous office personnel too. He's tidy with all that equipment as well. You'll be rewarded if you give them a try. read more

We've hired BCC twice now, and we're very pleased with our experience. Scheduling both times was a breeze, and we did not have to wait long for an appt. The staff, both on the phone and in-person were personable and polite. The quality of their work was exceptional. They paid very close attention to needy areas, helped move small furniture around as needed, lifted items off the carpet while it dried, and they were careful with our furniture and belongings. We will continue to hire them for our carpets! read more

They were nice, they were fast, they were not expensive. Two weeks after I had the carpet cleaned, there was a spill. I went out and bought one of those home steam vacs and did just the spill. It got up so much dirt, I redid the entire house. The water was black the whole way. There is no way the house got that dirty, that fast, and no way a cheapo home machine should have gotten out more dirt than their professional cleaner. Two stars. Update: The company emailed me and said they would come out and redo if I was dissatisfied. While I'm still not tickled it wasn't fantastic the first time, hey - customer service like that is a pretty good thing. I'm changing my review from 2 to 4 stars to reflect their care of customers. read more

I had Brothers come out and clean my carpets yesterday. Scott was my guy. He was right on time. Very courteous and moved furniture that was heavy. I was so impressed with the detail they go to. They cover the floor boards as they clean and they have a huge fan they put in the areas to dry faster. I will only use Brothers from here on out and Scott. Most other places are done in less than an hour. Scott was here for an hour and a half. And my carpets had no stains or spots. They surely take their time. Very impressed. read more

Do not use Brothers Carpet Cleaning Services in Springfield, OR. The Sales Manager is arrogant, and the cleaners only empty the trash at my business, that's it! Such a ripoff and a disappointment. read more

Best job of the 3-4 companies I have hired over the past 10 years. Friendly & accommodating service as well. Will definitely hire them next year. read more

I used Brothers Cleaning for carpets for the second year in a row. When I called to schedule she said that if I'd used them before it would most likely be about the same price. When the cleaner arrived he quoted me a price of 60% higher than the previous year to do the exact same job. Same amount of space, even the same technician. He was here and I'd already taken the morning off so I paid the price but I will shop around going forward. Still excellent service...but at what price? $$$$$$ read more

Excellent job with a residential carpet cleaning. Technician (Scott) was on-time, professional, and hard-working. End result was high quality, and while more expensive than most "brand-name" national cleaning companies, was very much worth the price. Quite a difference in how thorough the carpets were cleaned compared to our previous experiences with other companies. read more

Great service. I was juggling a few things, and they agreed to adjust the time for me at the last minute. We had some stubborn stains which came out completely. Reasonable prices. read more

Great service at a great price. James was very professional, prompt and courteous. We are very happy with our carpets. They are clean and smell great. James took our three area rugs to the shop to clean them. We are very happy with the job he did. read more

Brothers cleaned the carpet in a number of rentals and did a fantastic job! John, the technician, was on time, polite and professional. I recommend Brothers highly! read more

Very professional carpet cleaning service. They do an excellent job, are responsive and on time. They'll do whole house carpet cleaning or spot removal. A guest had a minor accident that poured blood into the guest bedroom carpet, and Brothers successfully removed it. It took 3 visits but perseverance and excellent techniques made the difference. You can imagine our gratitude, as a permanent blood stain would require removal and replacement of the entire carpet. I highly recommend them. You will be pleased with the outcome. read more

Jeremy did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and chairs. My kitchen rug practically glowed when he was finished. Pricing was very reasonable and Peggy was great scheduling and working with my daughter on the billing. We're very happy with our experience with Brothers and Jeremy in particular. read more

The technician arrived right on time, very professional. Used a truck mounted steam machine which left the carpet looking great. Carpets were dry in about 6 hours. Great job, I'll be using them again. read more

We received a helpful appointment reminder phone call the day before the service was scheduled. Scott arrived on time and presented himself very professionally. He took great care to protect wall corners where hoses or equipment could cause damage. After measuring the area to be cleaned, he set up his equipment very quickly and proceeded with the cleaning process. The final result was excellent. Our old carpets looked almost like new. This was the best experience we've had with any carpet cleaning company over the years. Thanks for a job very well done! read more

Phenomenal value. It's worth the money to support a local business and you won't be able to match the quality customer service that Brothers offers! read more

Bottom line is that they could not remove the dirt. It was just dirt from walking traffic, not a stain. I made them come back and do it again but it wasnt any better the 2nd time. Give them kudos for trying but what I really want is a clean carpet for my $180. read more
