I tried to get a quote a week ago, I received a message from the owner saying he would call me that evening to discuss what I needed. Never heard back again. I was able to get a recommendation through the moving company I'm using, but it would have been nice to get the courtesy of a response, I feel that a week is ample time to get back regarding business. **unfortunate that you can't reply to a reply, but I made sure the number I provided was correct, and I have no missed calls or voicemails. It is what it is. Funny that the initial response from the owner was perfectly cordial, but when I didn't retract my opinion (because there was in fact no attempt to contact me) he edited it to tell me he would choose not to have me as a customer... because he didn't give me the chance to see the "awesomeness" of his company, as he didn't have the professionalism to call within a week as promised. Yet this is my fault? Ok. At no point was I "angry", I just pointed out the lack of professionalism in 1. Not calling me when he said he would (or within a week of when he said he would) and 2. The guys came on time and were efficient and professional. There were a couple of glitches which was no one's fault. Clips for the blinds were ten years old and of poor design cracked. After speaking with Chad, he took the responsibility of getting them replaced. He also cleaned a couple of windows again at my request. This is about the third time Anderson Janitorial have cleaned my windows. It was also the first time there were any issues. So pretty much my roommates and I trashed our house and it need to be cleaned up and there was some damage. Holes in the wall, a broken window and one of our drawers got ripped off the cupboard. So when we were moving out my friend suggested we give them a call because she had used them for her house. I talked to my roommates an we got a quote. I made contact with this company for the window washing service. These are the pros and cons from that service visit: Pros: The employee who came an hour earlier than was scheduled was very pleasant and courteous. He did not work at a rushed pace. He was cleanly dressed for his type of work and answered questions that I asked. Cons: The employee had to be reminded that there were windows on the second level that also were to be cleaned; A vane in a custom vertical blind was broken during cleaning but only realized while I was putting furniture back and brought it to his attention; The front living room window screen was found lying under a bush after the job was completed and the worker left; The hose that he unhooked so a machine he used could be attached for cleaning the outside of the front window was left laying on the ground; Given that I was able to find new vertical vane to replace the broken one and alleviate the company owner from having to try and match it or possibly have to replace all the vanes so they did match, I was offered a $5.00 discount on the final bill; When presented with the final bill, it was $15.00 more than what I had been quoted during our initial conversation and booking ( I assume that figure included the $5.00 reduction offered but, I'm not sure). To be clear..I paid only the amount that I was originally quoted and no more. This is the first time I had done business with this company. While my windows are now cleaner than before, it's the little details that will keep me from hiring them again. read more

Bait and switch. I called for a bid, they asked if they had worked for us before (they had) and then they QUOTED me $8 a window. When the crew shows up they talked about double this window price for any window over 15'. The foreman made 2 phone calls and was told he could knock $15 or $20 off the bill. We said no, we were quoted $8 a window and that's what we'd pay. The foreman said well that's the price on the coupon. I told him I didn't have a coupon I only had the QUOTE. They did not honor the price. I was never asked about window size when I called into get a bid and I assumed they'd look us up in their database of customers when they gave me quote. I was never told double the price for oversize windows. Very unprofessional. I won't be using them again, not for windows, not for gutters. read more

Hate to have to leave a review like this but alas the owner hasn't taken responsibility for his employees actions. We were robbed by his employees last Thursday while my husband worked outside painting. Not only did they take 1300$ cash that I had stashed in my night table but later discovered my diamond earrings missing too. Must have been too easy to pass up after doing 3 skylights and 9 windows in my bedroom. Police report is filed and we are pressing charges. Adding insult to injury, he asked us if WE wanted to confront HIS employees after they didn't even finish all the windows in the house. After a terrible night of fighting with my crazy ex he decided to throw a party and trash our place. Sorority girls were throwing up their cheap Jell-O shots all over our carpet and I was sure we were not getting our deposit back- I kicked out the crazy ex and did some research. This was updated 10/10/16 after seeing that Chad has the nerve to comment below saying I'm glad to see your stuff showed up. How dare you, seriously? Our stuff definitely never showed up because your employees stole our stuff and I'm thinking maybe you wouldn't think I would see your comment. So to update anyone interested about the criminal investigation, nothing could be proven because they couldn't match any prints, but it is very obvious to us who stole our things. It was cash and jewelry, not really things to leave prints on after they're gone. To be clear I'm not saying that you Chad had anything to do with this personally, but you are obviously lacking some serious judgement with the people you send in to customers' homes. It really says a lot about your character to not apologize once, but to turn around and call me a liar and try to slander me in return on social media. Really low, and anyone who wants to support this business should know the type of untrustworthy people you're dealing with. I really thought your cycle of denying and accusing was over but then I got an email saying that you posted to my review and I thought to myself that surely he must be manning up and saying something apologetic or sympathetic. Guess not. I would love to post our text log. People might get good work from this company every now and again, but you need to know that if anything like this happens to you, The company owner will not be your ally. BEWARE!!! This company stole from us and the owner told me in a text message that I'd love to show to anyone interested that I was stupid for not putting them in a safe among much other denial. After my wife posted a review of our experience on FB, the owner responded with the most unprofessional ridiculous accusations that we are liars, and even had the nerve to tell us that we have a mutual friend who said that we would lie in this type of situation, but never an apology that his employees stole money and jewelry from us. My wife called the police and there is a criminal investigation currently against the employees. I think their names were Chris and Mike. They drove a grey pick up truck. We spent an additional 4 hours cleaning after this company did a "turnover cleaning" on a house we are selling. We still had to clean the linoleum floors, wipe out the cabinets, clean every single cabinet door, the molding throughout the house, shower, behind the refrigerator and under the stove. There were cobwebs on light fixtures and all the registers. They left for 2 hours in the middle of the day, leaving my wife to sit at the house to wait. The owner had no idea where his employees had even gone. Chad and crew installed zinc strips on my roof and did it wrong. I had to have a roofer come out and pay the roofer to fix what they did. Zinc strips are placed under the shingles and are nailed in and stretched tight as possible. The nails are also nailed under the shingle so it covers the nail and the rain can not seep through. Chad himself nailed the lower zinc strip without tucking it under the shingle and left the nail sticking out and put on caulking that rose 1 1/2" above one of the nails. He told me the roofer had put a hole in my roof. He lied at least 3 times during the 2 days he was there and then attacked me personally when I felt he had made a mistake on the zinc. read more

So, I had a really dirty apartment. We were moving out and didn't want to give our landlords all of our deposit. We called Anderson Janitorial and they booked us to clean the apartment. Chad said it would probably be about 1 hour for every 100 square feet of the place. They cleaned everything and hauled away the trash, kept a log of what they did while they were there and were awesome. We of course didn't get our entire deposit, but our landlord only kept $100 of it. Awesome read more

I didn't hire this company, so this review is purely based on the bidding experience. I called Chad to have him bid on a bunch of jobs at my house -- power washing, gutter cleaning, roof treatment and window washing. He called and canceled our first appointment 30 minutes before it was scheduled because he wasn't feeling well, which was forgivable -- stuff happens. However he then seemed to forget our rescheduled appointment for the next day. I called him 30 minutes after he was scheduled to arrive to find out what was up and he said he'd been on the phone but would be right over. He arrived almost an hour past our appointment time. He didn't seem to know what he was here to bid on, so I just had him look at the gutters and his estimate was over our next highest bid by $225. It's possible that this team does great work, but if your time is valuable and you need people to show up when scheduled, they might not be your best (or most professional) bet. read more

I do not recommend this company. Chad Anderson came to our house to steam-clean the white carpets in our three upstairs bedrooms, hallway and stairs. He did a very superficial inadequate job. He had told me that I did not need to vacuum beforehand, because he would. He spent about 5 minutes lightly vacuuming the rooms, and briefly brushing the vacuum wand over the stairs. I asked if the steam cleaner would suck up the dirt that he failed to vacuum, and he assured me it would. Then he proceeded to treat the spots by spraying them with hot soapy water. Finally, he steam-cleaned the rooms in about five minutes, and was done before I was able to come up and watch. I only was able to observe as he was coming down the stairs, which he did not clean any more thoroughly than he had vacuumed them. I paid him the $124 that I owed him, and he was out the door. He gave me no receipt. After he left I proceeded to wipe down the stairs with white terry cloth towels, and picked up the dirt he left behind. The following day I thoroughly vacuumed the entire area with my Kirby vacuum cleaner, using the little canister with a paper filter, so I could see all the dirt I picked up, of which there was plenty! The carpets still don't look totally clean, but I can live with them until I find someone else to clean them properly, without steam. All he did for me was to motivate me to clean the carpets myself. read more

We Just bought a house and had a house cleaning service done on 12/07/14. We asked to have all 3 bathroom deep clean . I was working when he was cleaning so I took his word for it that he thoroughly cleaned it. After I came home, found out that the only thing he cleaned were the sinks. All three toilets and bath tubs have not been touch and pissed stain still all over the toilet bowls, and bath tub was dirty. His price was not cheap either. He charged $32 per hour, per person for 3 hours and he said that it took 2 person to do a crappy job that he did. So I called him the next day and sent him some pics before I cleaned it and his response to me was " Sorry that you have a bad day and hope that you feel better after you venting it" I wish I can post the pics on this site. However, if you want the house clean, don't use this guy. I used him because he had a good review on yelp. Now that I experienced the bad job, I wouldn't recommend him to no one or use him ever again read more
