We have 23 registers, 2 returns, and 2 bathroom fans. Both of the guys worked non-stop for 2.75 hours. The registers are all now squeaky clean (they were horribly coated in dust) & our house no longer smells musty/dusty whenever the air comes on. The cost for the service was $750. I have no idea if this is good or not. I have nothing to compare the price to, since I couldn't find anyone else in our area that does true duct cleaning. But I will say these 2 guys worked hard and did a stellar job. They even offered to put our new filter in for us (we supplied it) at no extra charge.

Our Alpine‑installed Lennox HVAC system failed after only five years when the compressor motor…read moredied. Even though the part was fully covered under warranty, Alpine insisted we pay for the labor, $1,100 in refrigerant, and the $125 service fee. When I questioned the charges, they simply threw the warranty at me and pointed to the line saying refrigerant isn't covered -- as if that excused a failure that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Their original bill came to $1,750 for a problem that wasn't ours to begin with. Being charged for someone else's mistake just doesn't sit right with me. I asked multiple times for the service manager to call me so we could discuss the charges. He didn't call until two weeks after the repair was already completed. He claimed he had called several times, but after checking my call log, he had only called once -- and didn't leave a message. If you're looking for a company that stands behind their work and communicates honestly, you may want to look elsewhere.

Technician (William) did an excellent job, was profession and very polite; the disclosure of…read morespecialized services compared to standard services by a scheduling team member was weak; yet the manager for the local team in my area (franchised) made everything right. I would just recommend that potential customers ask detailed questions related to services that they are purchasing. I.e., what is included (what do I get exactly) for the costs of the service I am scheduling, what else would you recommend I consider of the services you offer (if any)? Will what you recommend achieve the desired outcome after all services are complete? What are the guarantees of satisfaction for your services and is that in writing? Is there a local number to contact with any concerns about the services received, just in case. I have no doubt that they will be forthcoming with all the above - if it is asked, it just needs to be asked unfortunately.
