The tech who came out (Elmer) was very friendly, professional and honest. He could have said the damage was worse--we wouldn't have known the difference--and charged us a small fortune in repairs, but instead he was honest and let us know exactly what was needed. The piece of mind he gave us was much appreciated. We were worried about mold but he said we did everything right by fixing the roof, pulling out the insulation and opening it up to dry.
