We had significant water damage from a washing machine problem…read more I called Robinson Restoration on Sunday and shortly after Kyle arrived. He introduced himself as our project manager. From that moment on, Kyle managed a team that came to demo the wet floor and walls. They also set up a system of fans and dehumidifiers under the house and in the laundry area. They saved my kitchen floor and walls that backed up to my laundry area in the garage. After a few days the area is dry and ready for reconstruction. I want to give a shout out to my team. Kyle, Dominique, Ryan, Michael, Konrad & Jacob, Thank you for being quick, effective and polite. The work was done thoughtfully which saved us from a much larger problem. He could have said the damage was worse--we wouldn't have known the difference--and charged us a small fortune in repairs, but instead he was honest and let us know exactly what was needed. The piece of mind he gave us was much appreciated. We were worried about mold but he said we did everything right by fixing the roof, pulling out the insulation and opening it up to dry.
