Devin did a cleaning / service of our ductless heating pumps and I cannot give him a higher recommendation. He was super professional and courteous -- I was really impressed by all the small attention to details, like putting wraps over his shoes before entering the house and checking in before running loud tools. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about our system, down to the special types of screws it needed to use to prevent cracking. He also was an all-around nice guy and easy to talk to, and took the time to explain how things worked and issues down the road to look out for. These guys are amazing, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and thumbs up all the way. My husband and I needed to replace both our heating and air conditioning system and sought several bids from well known companies here in town, however Integrity was the only one who actually sent not only the owner of the company but the the designer himself to ensure that we got the correct size and best product for our home.
