Phone calls to make an appointment with the service department can go unanswered for hours. Leaving your phone number with a message to call back is futile. I didn't feel confident working up on a ladder 18ft up. I can do all the other stuff, but breaking my neck was not part of the plan. Working at heights was no problem for Vince at all. It was like he was raised by ladders as as a child, brought his own ladder, way better than mine, and knew exactly what he was doing with every aspect of the work, wasted no time, and didn't miss a beat. Installed the indoor unit, braised the connections, got everything tied together in record time, and he made it look easy at a fair price. Really happy with the work.
