They did a fantastic job, finished a few hours early and the install was professional, neat and tidy. (The install team was a real pleasure to work with as well!) What's interesting is when we purchased our home 5 years ago, we hired them to look over the existing old system. What was great is that they mentioned 3 or 4 things that needed to be repaired, but also said they were things I could do myself much cheaper. So, instead of me paying a few thousand dollars for simple repairs, I did it myself for a few hundred. So, not only did they help me squeeze 5 more years out of the old system at a minimal cost, they proved honest and ethical HVAC companies DO exist, which is the primary reason they got our business. Todd (he was great) came out and found the problem, the last guy never connected it to the ceiling power. He redid it and programmed it and Amen, I finally had heat! He replaced one outlet that had burnt (yikes) and turned on 2 other outlets that were out due to a GFCI button that simply needed to be reset (press a button, how embarrassing). I then took him around to discuss other things I needed quotes on, including a new heating system. I gave him a list to take with him. Here's the rub, I expected a charge of @ $270.00 which seemed a bit high for what was done but I got heat and thought I was good. Instead, I got a bill for $371.25, a $100.00 more! I called about it and Melissa said oh well it took him 1/2 hr. to get there so $67.50 more. They never said there's a charge to come out; and the rest was for his time here; in other words I also PAID for showing him all the other work I needed done for a quote and even gave them a list. I received no quote as that wasn't Todd's job (not his fault). When I disagreed with this billing amount Melissa said it's time there AND getting there, not just by what's done nor discussed. Needless to say, this lack of transparency and overcharge will cost them dearly, like a new heating system for starters. Don't recommend this company, unless you don't mind being nickel and dimed by 100s for non-stated charges. Silly me for asking to get other work done. Any other company doesn't charge for quotes, but I'm glad I found out BEFORE I had anything expensive done! Their bigtime loss but enjoy your nickels!

Phone calls to make an appointment with the service department can go unanswered for hours. Leaving your phone number with a message to call back is futile. The only bright spot of this department has been the technician Jeff Allen who has been great. He is an asset to this company. I can no longer recommend this company.

I didn't feel confident working up on a ladder 18ft up. I can do all the other stuff, but breaking my neck was not part of the plan. Working at heights was no problem for Vince at all. It was like he was raised by ladders as as a child, brought his own ladder, way better than mine, and knew exactly what he was doing with every aspect of the work, wasted no time, and didn't miss a beat. Installed the indoor unit, braised the connections, got everything tied together in record time, and he made it look easy at a fair price. Really happy with the work.
