Jason is the best! Called USA Heating and Air Conditioning, setup a time to have our 10 year old…read morefurnace inspected because it turned on, but wasn't emitting any heat from the registers. Jason called ahead to say he was on his way. He arrived on time, spent about 20 minutes troubleshooting. He found a circuit board had failed. Upon checking to see if they had the part at their shop, which they did, he went and picked it up, came back, replaced the part and we were back in business. Registers were blowing heat again! I was expecting a large bill since it seems electronics are the major repair costs of today's appliances, but the part and labor were a reasonable amount. Plus it was nice having heat again as it was a bit chilly without it for a day. Could not be more happy and satisfied with the service and the professionalism Jason exhibited all through this process. As for the comments by others about the owner???, I know that Jason is part owner and he was the most polite, genuine, knowledgeable and all-around 'good guy' that I have seen.
