What was great is that they mentioned 3 or 4 things that needed to be repaired, but also said they were things I could do myself much cheaper. So, instead of me paying a few thousand dollars for simple repairs, I did it myself for a few hundred. So, not only did they help me squeeze 5 more years out of the old system at a minimal cost, they proved honest and ethical HVAC companies DO exist, which is the primary reason they got our business.
