We enlisted Integrity Home Heating to install all new replacement flex ducting under our 2,000 sq ft home, an integral component connecting our heating and air conditioning unit to all the floor vents throughout our house. They also expertly replaced all of the duct material in our ceilings, ensuring seamless circulation from our HVAC system to the three ceiling returns. From my first interaction with Kevin, the owner, I knew his company was extraordinary. When we moved into our house six years ago, we needed assistance with tubing under our house that a previous worker had knocked loose before we moved in. Kevin himself came out, generously fixing it temporarily at no charge and sending an expert worker to ensure a more permanent and secure solution later on. This level of service is rare, showcasing Kevin's commitment to his customers and the community. As recommended and guided by Tanner, this included phone communication with the ChargePoint company, the manufacturer of our charger. On the phone, Tanner skillfully followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by the company's technical representative. This would have been a very confusing, tedious procedure if we had to do it ourselves! This troubleshooting process clearly resolved that the charger had malfunctioned and would need to be replaced by ChargePoint. I agreed and they wired it up when my wife and I were not at home. When I got home to inspect thier work they hacked out the job as fast and as cheap as they could. When I asked for an itemized receipt and why my bill was so high I was told that they dont have the time to break down my bill for me. On my invoice it says they had a journeyman electrician here for 7 hours but my security cameras saw him pull up at 9:17 and leave at 2:11! I felt like I was taken advantage of.
