During the recent ice storm, we had a tree come down on the powerlines, but not actively remove them. SUB did not have time for residential customers in the emergency and we were desperate to address what looked like a very dangerous situation. Jesse called me right back and engaged in thoughtful conversation with me about whether or not his crew had the resources to handle the tree part of this complex situation.
