I regret not writing this sooner…read more Jason came and did a quote on wiring my mini split AC/Heater unit. Also asked him to look at the old election panel that was located indoors, behind the refrigerator (80 yo home with a mediocre renovation before I bought it) He talked me through it. Offered suggestions. Even talked me through some electrical options for when I put a shop in. He was genuine with an awesome attitude and demeanor. Answered my questions and gave me realistic advise on what he would do if he were in my shoes. I spoke to a few others and knew immediately he was the best option. It was not a huge job but required replacing and modernizing the entire panel, switching it from indoors to the exterior, adding slots for future needs, and wiring in the HVAC unit. Would take a full day and involved several different jobs. Even though it was not the most complex, he was sincere and took it seriously. He had me a quote in less than a week. It was totally reasonable. 7-8 hours of work and it was more than fair. That included parts, labor, and they even went to the county for the permitting and made the appointment with Pacific Power to come shut the power off during installation. He and his guys came and got it all installed. It looks great. Almost a year out and I have not had a light even flicker. Appliances, lights, outlets. Stuff always works. I don't have to worry about the fire hazard or if my lights will turn on. They also added an outdoor plug too which I hadn't asked for. The Mini Split wiring install has not had any issues. His assistant was super responsive as well. I can't say enough. This house has a lot of problems but the electrical is solid because of Jason and the 360 crew.

We had Safety Home Services come out for a few things - RV outlet, dedicated outlet for garage…read morefridge and Svc for a new swim spa. The service was great thru the entire process. Victoria and Kevin were super helpful with the front end estimates and scheduling. Victoria kept in contact with us throughout every step of the way. Trevor and Robert were the electricians who came out to do the work. They were easy to work with and really cared about the project and got most of the work done in one visit. On what we thought was the final day (returning after the swim spa was delivered), we ran into minor hiccup from the manufacturer (missing one of the lugs to land the final wiring in the swim spa) Trevor went above and beyond to help me figure out how to get the missing part. I don't know who was more bummed about not getting the swim spa going him or I. After I got the manufacturer to overnight the missing piece, Trevor was able to return on very short notice and get us up and running. I appreciate the professionalism and dedication to their work and outstanding service we received. Would definitely recommend this team for future projects

He told me he would have his lower level apprentice do some of the work at a given rate. When i got the estimate, he was charging a lot more. I objected and he took $5/hour off the bill x 8 hours = $40. Yet he charged me $106 for the estimate. Usually that fee would be included in the estimate if i approved the job, right? Not with this guy. One of his team members got really upset that he had to actually WORK to get an under the cabinet light installed. His exact words were "It's too hard"... and this from the higher paid guy. I made him do it anyway by saying "that's why they call it WORK." Honestly. This same joker did not cover up the kitchen counter when he was doing the work and the mess he made was ridiculous. I told the estimator i wanted the dryer outlet updated. When the workers got here, they refused to do it. Then via text, the big guy told me "most likely the wall is not deep enough to recess it." not true. the washer/dryer hoses are recessed into the same wall. A few days later, i thought my washer/dryer broke. I called my home warranty company and they came out after i paid an $85 fee. They said they can't diagnose the w/d problem because the 240 outlet doesn't have a common. Whaddya know? It needed replacing. This woman was right. I've asked them to return some of my money. We'll see. If this review remains up, then they didn't pay up for their failure to do the job they said they would and i will be reporting them to the CCB. Enough of this bulls***.
