We assumed the price for such a quick emergency fix was going to be excessive (my brother in law is an electrician on the east coast, suggested it would be expensive) but the price came in at 1/3rd of what we were expecting to pay. The invoice we received had a detailed description of what they fixed. The only hiccup was that there was no explanation of how to pay visible on the invoice we received, but calling in connected me to a very helpful person who got things figured out for us. Could not have asked for better service, pricing, or assistance. I will absolutely be using them again for any future electrical issues.

The next day the electrician, Tanner, came to our home garage to assess the cause for the loss of charging. Tanner was very courteous, professional, and efficient in determining the cause of our problem. As recommended and guided by Tanner, this included phone communication with the ChargePoint company, the manufacturer of our charger. On the phone, Tanner skillfully followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by the company's technical representative. This would have been a very confusing, tedious procedure if we had to do it ourselves! This troubleshooting process clearly resolved that the charger had malfunctioned and would need to be replaced by ChargePoint.
