Other providers, site unseen, said the problem was X and here is the cost... all of which would likely involve rewiring. Source was willing to come out, review the issue, and take time to educate me on the problem and solutions. Yes, the ultimate solution we decided upon was not cheap (especially as I could have done it myself for much less), but I felt the time, expertise, and education were well worth the extra cost. I have not had a reoccurrence of the problem since the service, which is great!
