One call to Josh at GMD and he happened to have time today (Saturday) to come out and troubleshoot. There is a control box wire that runs all the way around the eaves of the house and under a deck, he followed it and found a short, quickly fixed it and well is now working as it should! We were excited to find a store that specialized in pools and spas! The most *unfortunate part is the owner. We went in to simply buy hot tub test strips. We were side swiped by the owner who was going to 'help us' She treated us as though we were being screened for adopting a child. She was anxious with a superior tone that would make anyone feel scolded. It was uncomfortable to be around her. There was no browsing or space to look for the supplies-because she definitely owned the room. We wore masks and were respectful to maintain social distance. We simply were quiet and stayed on task asking for test strips. She went on and on about how she 'always has to educate people about their spas.' He voice was loud and she would eye each of us-looking us up and down. At one point my boyfriend said, 'so do you not want to sell us the test strips?' He showed up an hour late and his quote was outrageous too! We then were referred to Bohemia Electric by one of our neighbors. We met Austin who showed up on time, was very polite and knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. His quote was well within our budget too. We contracted with Bohemia Electric to install several ceiling fans, do a light fixture replacement and also install an outlet above our fireplace for TV installation. Very impressed with the quality of work. Will definitely be contacting him for future projects around the house!

We were charged $315. The one faucet was fixed but the other one still leaked after they left. They came back a second time with a replacement part. The part didn't fit and we were told we needed a new faucet. They charged us for this visit even though the part didn't work. We purchased 2 new faucets so they would match. They returned to install the faucets. The bill was $815. Total $1,130 !! Really? We called to complain and were told it was a fair price and that they charged $165 hr from the time they left their shop. We were told this was normal or that others charged substantially more hourly. Not true. They did adjust their final bill by $300. DO NOT USE THEM.

There was some confusion about scheduling at one point, but it didn't seem like a typical occurrence, so I shrugged it off.
