We bought a high end washer dryer combo that lasted six months before the motor went out. Kelly's…read moresaid there was nothing they could do about it. They sent out The Appliance Hospital to do the warranty work. They took quite a long time to come out and evaluate the situation. They said the motor was shot and they would have to order a new one. When the new one came in it was no good so they had to order another one. This time it was the wrong motor. Again we are waiting. This happened three times so far and it's still not working and they in the process of pulling it in and out tore the expensive dryer hose and will not accept responsibility for it and even got rude with my wife over it. We are coming up on three months without our washer and dryer and Kelly's has been no help whatsoever. If I had bought it at Costco I could have at least returned it.
