This happened three times so far and it's still not working and they in the process of pulling it in and out tore the expensive dryer hose and will not accept responsibility for it and even got rude with my wife over it. I'd heard good things about the Heat Pump Store and decided to give them a try. Todd came out right on time and was friendly and polite, taking his shoes off in the house, which was much appreciated. He showed me the buildup on my indoor units, which was pretty gross, and immediately got to work dismantling them to do a deep clean, patiently answering my many questions and tolerating my hovering along the way. I couldn't believe how much gunk he got out! He was so thorough and meticulous that he ended up having to come back later to finish up, dismantling and scrubbing the outdoor unit until it shone like new. He even brought some extra pads to level out the unit. All this at the end of a long day, when he easily could have said we were out of time - he truly went above and beyond. Todd's positive energy, can-do attitude and top-notch attention to detail sold me 100% on the Heat Pump Store. Highly, highly recommended!
