For those modern day medicine men and woman I have something to say about these Black Diamond Lights. I can only give you an update and honest review on the Perfect Sun Cob as well as the new Max Yield. I have purchased 2 lights of each kind spending about $4000.00 on these. Besides the box being beat to shit during the shipping process I have had only one issue and one issue alone. That issue is what to do with so much medicine. These lights kick ass from day one to the end of flower. The girls love the spectrum. The quality of my medicine is top shelf. I will continue to purchase from Neil and his company as I have had no issue contacting or exchanging emails with him. One must understand we do not live in a perfect world and if you have ever ventured into the percentage of ANY piece of electronics failure rate you will understand things better if you receive a product that is not up tp par. Neil stands behind his product even though I have never experienced any failures with Black Diamond equipment my questions and emails have been answered. Peace read more

I have two of Perfect Sun's lights. I have never had a single issue with either of these lights, and I have had them for quite a while. They are much better quality than other comparable lights in this price range. I can also attest to their customer service. I am the type of person that asks a lot of questions. As a disabled mom of multiple children, I need to be sure I am purchasing what I need at the best possible price ~ no more or less. All of the many times I have asked a question of this company, I have received a prompt and courteous reply. Never once have they gotten impatient with me or put me off. I research until I'm exhausted, and I have yet to find a forum that has anything bad to say about this company, its owner, or its customer service. I have known and worked with Neil Fontaine for 2 years. Throughout this period I purchased his "Dwarf Star" and one of his demo's which he sold to me for about half price as a courtesy. Both work fine. The demo is being used by a storefront friend who WAS an HID believer. Not any more. The quality and workmanship of the lights are superior. I bought a Dwarf Star to see how well it would do,so I did a side by side grow with it and a Mars II 700 with 5 watt LEDs.Nice build quality and heavy for a unit with this output.It beat it hands down,so I bought another.They are currently both running happily with no issues for nearly a year now.I gave 4 stars only because I haven't been running these as long as some of the others have that gave poor reviews,so for the sake of fairness 4 stars read more

I already have the Dwarf Star from a previous order and I am very pleased with the results it has given me which is why I want another one . It is by far superior to any LED lights I have researched online in both performance and cost . Got a few jealous friends right now who bought inferior grow lights . Their loss is all I have to say. Been growing with Neil's lights, Perfect Sun LED, from the beginning, so about three years now. I grow with the MINI and the Dwarf Star, and now a Max Yield and a COB. Love all of them. Been growing with goliath and Dwarf Star for 2 years with no issues. I get larger yields than with GPS or other leds. Absolutely recommend these lights. I would ignore the few negative reviews from people that got. ad luck and have poor attitudes. read more
