Jesse has come out twice a year the last couple years to inspect my heat pump system and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Then this year I've been unable to reach him -- multiple calls and texts with no response. I did finally get a text back to a voicemail I left, but then he went silent again when I asked what his availability was. Naturally, in the middle of a heat wave in this area, my Airbnb guests reported the A/C not blowing cold air this morning; Jesse responded to my call very quickly and worked me into his already very busy day. My elderly parents have been without AC for damn near 3 weeks! They contacted Jesse to schedule a visit to get it fixed. He NEVER showed up! He NEVER communicated with my parents that he wasn't coming. The only reason it was rescheduled 3 times was because my parents called. ZERO communication. It really is a horrible way to run a business. The sad thing is I am a big supporter of local businesses and I live in the same small community as Jesse. Don't call this guy!!!! My experience with Jesse, Above All Heating. 7/2024 Jesse installed a New heatpump outside and furnace system in the garage for me. Contact stated all components to install, all parts and misc to complete install of system. Run new electrical from breaker box to heatpump outside. Also mechanical and electrical permits. Install complete, system running. Paid for as agreed. 1st problem, told Jesse had to run air conditioning at lower temp and when fall came, had to run heat setting at higher temp to achieve the inside temp. He came out in October 2024. The system wiring was not set for the 3 ton usage. He had to change wiring in furnace and heatpump. System ran. Was doing my taxes in February 2025, getting paperwork together. Got a hold of Jesse and said I did not have my copies of permits. He said they were paid for. He went to City and they had not issued mechanical permit. September of 2025, Jesse finally sent my my mechanical permit, dated March of 2025. I started calling Jesse June of 2025 to have my yearly maintenance service done. Finally got with me and set date. No show, another date, no show. This kept going on. I finally called Automatic Heat to get set up for my maintenance service. They came out in Sept 2025. I was told no locking cap on the freon port valve. (required) I called City for inspection. They came out and inspected, failed inspection.. No locking cap on freon port and no electrical permit. City wrote up all problems, sent Jesse, Above All Heating a letter with failed problems. His responsibility to fix problem. No response or word from him, to me or city. I went back to Automatic Heat, explained my problem. They set up a diagnostic appointment and for someone to inspect the new electrical line and breaker installed. The tech had to make alot of fine tuning adjustments to furnace and heatpump, to put at correct settings. Also had to adjust the air flow from furnace into ducted system. Also had to tape air leaks on the furnace seams, that Jesse just ignored. They later came back with the electrical permit and put on my breaker box. I called the City to reinspect and it passed. So my experience with Jesse is not that great. It also cost me another $600.00 to get all this taken care of. All of this was included in my contract and price I paid to Jesse. I would not recommend Above All Heating and the owner to do your HVAC work. To many short cuts, failing to provide all permits, but charge for them. I doubt it would do any good to go after him in court, he ignored the City and human decency as a reputable business. Just putting this out there for other unsuspecting people. read more

If I could give Jesse Lovely a negative star or two, I would. I am still unhappy because I have NOT YET received the refund of my $2,112.50. I have been given excuse after excuse: didn't you receive it yet? I'll have my office lady get on it. I'm going through a divorce and cannot get you a check. I'll pay you in cash. I'll have my lawyer come and pay you in cash.....and so on. I no longer read his text responses. I expect my payment as soon as possible and will not stop posting negative reviews and/or taking further actions until I receive it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNRELIABLE MAN. read more

I had a new thermostat installed. Jessie checked the Heat Pump as well and it needs a part. He will install that when it comes in. The install of the thermostat was done very quickly at a fair price. I would recommend this business. read more

Jesse was able to come fix my A/C within 24 hours of me calling. He was quick, honest, and reliable. When the A/C was still struggling to work he was able to get me quotes right away and provide with a long term solution that was reasonable. He accidentally over charged my credit card, but when I pointed it out he immediately apologized and had a check at my door within an hour. He will remain my HVAC guy for as long as I own this house. read more
