Are you looking for a Ductless or Ducted HVAC system? If so, and you value your time, there are better options out there for you. Chase Brothers- uninformative, unresponsive, and unreliable. If you are a consumer reading this, I'll give you the main bulletin points for you to make your own decision. 1. Showed up late to the appointment to start things off. Never a good sign when they don't value your time. 2. Compared to Chase Brothers, the other professional Heating and Air Professionals that I received bids from, were much more informative with what type of system was right for my family, with detailed information regarding each system and the pros and cons of the different systems. Honestly, it was a night and day difference when it came to actually "educating" me, the consumer, to where I could make an informed and confident decision on how to proceed with such a large purchase. 3. It took 8 days to get a bid from Chase Brothers. The company I went with, they gave me a bid before they left. That's after providing me with all the information I needed to make a confident decision. Their rep did a full walk-through and took plenty of notes. Educated me on many points that were extremely helpful and all the options available to me. 4. At one point (before I realized I should look for better options) it looked like Chase Brothers and I had come to terms. They under cut the competition and so I was thinking, ok, let's make a deal.... But, I still had a few questions regarding my system and my other options, and then.... Nothing... no follow up, no email, no phone call, no text... Poof... I was ghosted... Chase Brothers left me hanging, like we hadn't talked or discussed anything at all. What an epic waste of time. 5. Chase Brothers can under bid the competition all they want, but if they can't do the little things from the beginning... and they don't have the product on hand, and they can't give you even a generic ballpark installation date, then what good is saving a few dollars? The company I went with... They have all the materials in stock, I know exactly what I'm buying, and we're scheduled for installation later this month. 6. Cost- Sure, I paid a little more... but there is a lot of value in trust. If you can't trust the integrity or word of the person selling you the equipment, installing the equipment, and maintaining the equipment, then you're taking a big risk on a system that you paid a lot of money for, and you're taking a big risk on your family's comfort. 7. In the end, I went with a company that I felt would give me "true" value for my money. I went with a company that valued my time, and provided me with quality information so I could make the best choice for my family. I went with a company that I felt I could trust from the beginning to the end. That company... was not Chase Brothers. read more

The Yelp thing was something to get use to, still not sure how I got so deep into it. If this is a sign of the future , to use computers solely for appointment purposes we all are in real trouble..a bad experience with half a dozen other similar companies. AS far as Brian with Chase Brothers H&Air, once I got to talk to him in person, I was very pleased with my results...He was to booked for my first couple of his prime time available days, which he told me that he would have had to drop other well planned appointments for me to see him. Which he did not, so I waited my turn. When I confirmed my first available date, he told me that he had a full day project/appointment to finish that day, but will touch base with me on his way home from that one to see when we could meet up to fix my issue ..So he did and he realized that I was on his way home from that job, and he told me that he will swing by anyway to see how extensive my problem will be for a tomorrow appointment .... He got here when he said he would from his way home.... Took off one panel from our heat pump, and realized that we had a very common summer time issue with ours. He then politely communicated to me about our multiple solutions that he could give us for the fix.... We came to an agreement solution and the fee that would fit us both. He then removed the bad part, and replaced it with a new bigger and better one, and even made a new mounting bracket for the difference in the two sizes of the new part. Buttoned up our machine, reset the power back on to it, and proceeded to test our system for any errors or new issues hidden behind the original problem.. Checked our other half of the system we have and gave us the good to go, and the all clear , explained and answered a couple of questions I had rise up and I proceeded to pay him and get him home after hours.. Was very happy with the efficient and friendly guys that came out to work on our unit. They actually had the part with them, so turnaround was fast and they gave us some good tips on how to prevent more wear and tear in the future. Overall great customer experience. Only downside- I know they were working outside, but neither had masks on. Otherwise would've given 5 stars. May seem petty to some, but when working with the public right now, it is an expected essential item. The people in my house are immuno-compromised so it's even more important. I wouldn't hold it against them for the next time I need service, however I would confirm that they had masks when making the appointment. Still will highly recommend! read more

These guys are the best. I contacted them for clarification on a unit they installed at the house we purchased. They were very thorough in describing how the unit should work and was at the house the next day after I discovered the unit displayed an error code. They arrived and made the necessary configuration change. They also did a walkthrough of the unit if I was the original buyer. Their level of service was hands down, the best. They have worked on my old system a couple times buying time until we can upgrade to the new system. Always professional, about 1/2 the price of the other company's. These men work outside in the heat and keep more than a 6' distance from anyone. If they need to be closer or you wore a mask to greet them they would also wear a mask.. Chase Brothers installed our Daiken ductless system last year to replace baseboard heating. We loved what it did for improving the heating and cooling in our 1000 sq ft. main floor rooms and the upstairs bedroom (w/smaller unit). What a difference in our utility bills! Recently, we called and asked them to return to install another ductless unit in our downstairs family room. Luckily, we had the initial foresight to purchase the main unit capable of accommodating up to 3 ductless systems indoors. Communications with Chase Brothers was fantastic. Eric and Brian are simply amazing!!! We have hired them for several jobs throughout the years. They fixed three gas fireplaces in our two different houses, installed a brand-new furnace, installed a floor vent, sealed off a ceiling vent, fixed a furnace valve on an emergency call, etc... Definitely 5 stars. When a large HVAC Company performed the yearly maintenance on my forced hot air unit , I was told that the run capaciter was leaking and needed replacing. Brian from Chase Brothers checked everything and found nothing wrong, at no cost. That saved me the $89 that the original company would charge to have a tech come out to asses the problem.Brian has years of experience working on these units and I feel comfortable recommending them.Their only advertising is by this and word of mouth so they have to be good. read more
