Roofcraft is the absolute last company I would ever recommend for anything related to roof repair…read moreor remediation. They charged us $800 for a tarp job that was done so poorly it still leaked, leading to secondary water damage that could have been completely avoided. Their incompetence cost us far more than just money--it caused unnecessary stress and additional repairs. Their project manager, Jason, is dismissive and talks over you anytime you try to address concerns, refusing to take ownership of their mistakes. Even after openly admitting fault, he continued to deflect responsibility. As for the owner, Brandon, he completely disengaged from the situation rather than standing behind his company's work--showing a complete lack of ethics, accountability, and professionalism. If you need roofing services, do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else. Roofcraft is not a company that values integrity or quality, and they will leave you dealing with the consequences of their failures. EDIT (3/7/25): After several bouts of correspondence, the owner and myself came to a mutual arrangement which satisfied the aforementioned.

Kept me updated during the interim on the schedule with emails and texts when the work started. With good documentation, and pricing and streamlined system everything went according to plan. It's hard to see how they could have ever gotten a less than favorable review, frankly. Because what they're doing now seemed optimal in every way.

Last September, I called "TJ's Custom Building and Remodeling" to ask if they could give me a bid…read moreon what it would take to redo the irrigation system in my backyard. Because TJ is the owner of the company, and being a "general contractor", I figured he might have recommendations for someone I could hire to add electrical lines and outlets for additional power sources to my backyard as well. His first estimate included what the fees would be for putting in a sprinkler and electrical systems in my backyard. TJ told me that he runs a "family" business and had a cousin who could do the electrical work. I trusted that he knew what he was doing, so I hired him. First of all, after having paid for all of the parts needed for these jobs, his cousin ended up being late and extremely irresponsible resulting in his not completing what I hired him to do. TJ himself dug trenches everywhere and put in irrigation lines with sprinkler heads that were ineffective in most places. He often worked late and never did come back up to do a final walk through with me. I called him a number of times to get parts back from him that I had paid for that he never returned. I later found out that his cousin who ripped me off for the electrical job I hired him to do was on drugs. TJ was equally as inadequate promising he'd make things "right", but I never heard from him again. Now, I'm having to pay another fellow to undo the mistakes that TJ made by installing parts that ended up having to be replaced or removed all together. This entire ordeal was extremely costly, and it ended up leaving me with electrical and irrigation parts that were either not used or were wrong for the spaces. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and lied to resulting in an extremely poor impression of the trustworthiness of this company. Therefore, I would NOT recommend "TJ's Custom Building and Remodeling" to anyone who is looking for honesty, reliability, credibility, and professionalism in their business practices.
