Kept me updated during the interim on the schedule with emails and texts when the work started. They had impressive equipment to do the job and deal with the demolition, and are highly organized systematic. With good documentation, and pricing and streamlined system everything went according to plan. It's hard to see how they could have ever gotten a less than favorable review, frankly. Because what they're doing now seemed optimal in every way.

Roofcraft is the absolute last company I would ever recommend for anything related to roof repair…read moreor remediation. They charged us $800 for a tarp job that was done so poorly it still leaked, leading to secondary water damage that could have been completely avoided. Their incompetence cost us far more than just money--it caused unnecessary stress and additional repairs. Their project manager, Jason, is dismissive and talks over you anytime you try to address concerns, refusing to take ownership of their mistakes. Even after openly admitting fault, he continued to deflect responsibility. As for the owner, Brandon, he completely disengaged from the situation rather than standing behind his company's work--showing a complete lack of ethics, accountability, and professionalism. If you need roofing services, do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else. Roofcraft is not a company that values integrity or quality, and they will leave you dealing with the consequences of their failures. EDIT (3/7/25): After several bouts of correspondence, the owner and myself came to a mutual arrangement which satisfied the aforementioned.

Very good roofers. Hire these guys…read more Licensed and insured. Thorough written contract specifying materials and costs. Very tidy Cleaned up at the end of each day with a magnet and blower so our dog could go into the back yard. Only opened up the section of roof that could be worked on that day, then made sure that the membrane covered the roof so the rain could not get in. Repaired multiple issues with our roof, plus added flashing which the previous roofers had skipped. Kept us informed of the running total (we had a multiple building project.) When a gutter was damaged by the delivery truck, Gruwell took charge and hired a gutter repair/replacement company at their own expense. Removed every last speck of debris. Highly recommend these folks.

I drove past a house Cameron's crew was working on down on Pacific Terrace about 10 times over the last few days--had to pull over my Hummer, get out, and introduce myself. He runs a great crew. His crew works steady, they were wearing their safety harnesses every single time, and they even managed to park perfectly on a difficult street without blocking anyone. Cameron doesn't cut corners. He's doing things the right way--using real CDX plywood instead of cheap OSB, laying down proper metal valley flashing, and using high-quality Rhino underlayment. He has a fantastic foreman running that crew. If you want a roof built to last by a crew with real-world integrity, this is the company to hire in my opinion. I have no affiliation--except observation and builder of other fine homes. The home he was working on is for sale, and I doubt if the new owner even realizes how great his roof is going to be, and not only that he picked probably the best color match of the fine stone architecture of the house...
