Here's a brief overview of our interaction with Rick: In May/June 2016 we ask him for a bid. He comes out and does a thorough job of estimating the job. Three days later we get a comprehensive email with a quoted price. He also recommends an order of operation on our work for the summer as we are going to roof and paint. His suggestions are welcomed and were spot on. Fast forward to September when we're all done with the roof and paint. We call him to schedule. He remembers us simply by name and street. He works to schedule the job with me and is very accommodating to our schedule. He arrives on time as promised with the materials and help he needs to do the job. Five hours later we have some seriously beautiful shiny black gutters installed on our new fascia boards (that he recommended we install). The house looks amazing. We've already had a September rain in them and they work as advertised. Rick is an honest, smart and timely professional. I highly recommend his services!

I owe them a huge thank you because they responded to my previous review and I am in error ! I met with them after being discharged from the nursing home from hell and I have no recollection of signing the contract with them at all. Maybe this is related to the trauma of having surgery and having no support from my family but I owe them a big apology due to my lack of memory. I did sign a contract which I don't remember and I'm very pleased that I received a call from them today. Moral of my story is that surgery is a traumatic event followed by neglect in a nursing facility. I had underestimated my mental state when I should have known better. It was a moderately large undertaking involving tearing out the existing load bearing exterior wall and rebuilding it to 2023 standards. Several contractors we interviewed were unwilling to take the job on because it wasn't the typically simple 'cookie cutter' installation; others because it wasn't large enough to feed their profit margins. TNT stepped up. TNT handled everything: engineering; permitting; materials; installation, and clean up -and they did it at a reasonable and fair price. Noah and his crew were a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. I highly recommend TNT Construction. Not that it matters, but I'm a disabled senior too ;-) Thanks Noah!
