When the shower was torn out it the panels were "glued" in with caulk. The grout work was crap. Brand new cabinets with sander marks, loose hinges, trim with saw gouges, leaking sinks, no paint prep done, and just painted around some of the light fixtures, pockets in the LVP where they didnt use leveler. Tub surround not flush, so we had to fill the gaps with silicone so it didnt leak. They installed new exhaust fans in the bathrooms and cut the hole too big so there is a gap. Just all around poor quality work. When we brought things to their attention, the reaction was that we were inconveniencing them. When they did come back and fix concerns we addressed they made it worse. We have been fixing thier poor workmanship since April, and hired a different company to replace the shower.

After picture of facia was replaced however soffit was just nailed back in because they claimed the wood was still good.

I called Evergreen to complain about such a high fee for barely an hour worth of work for one man. I was told: "Well, you signed the estimate"! I call that gouging.
