I had them check under the house as well as the attic. They could have said everything needed work, but they were clear that some spaces were already well done. They assisted in the contact with eweb for some energy savings reimbursement. The day of the install, they were on time, friendly and efficient. My project took two full days due to multiple skylights and very tight spaces they had to work in. Never a complaint about the challenges and always in good spirits, I was very impressed. They finished on schedule and cleaned up the mess that comes with any home upgrades. I have yet to see a new utility bill, but my house feels warmer and gets warm faster and stays warm. The rehab loan depended on it in order to proceed. We met Roman at the property, told him what we wanted and what we had to work with. The guy did not seem interested in being there at all to me. I ended up walking away and letting my wife talk. At the end, he said we'd have a bid from him in a week. That week came and went... NOTHING..... I called. He said he'd get his notes to me by the end of the day to make sure we were on the same page. No surprise, I didn't get that Email as promised. Days later, I get his notes. We confirm, YES this is what we want to do. We didn't hear back from him until a month later when we got an Email stating they aren't taking any new jobs. All I have to say is it's a damned good thing we gave up on contractors to get back to us and went with a conventional loan instead of the 203k we started with. What the hell is wrong with contractors in this area?? Nobody seems like they want to work. They all say they'll get back to you but it's crickets from there.

First- he made good on a years old quote for replacing a dozen old windows with insulated units. Next- the craftsmen were polite, respectful and quick. Then- they cleaned up and hauled away the old panes, except for one large old wavy "pre-float" glass that i liked because i can appreciate the look of that type of glass. AND if you are looking for a greenhouse, check out their beautiful glass and wood buildings! I saw one art the Art and Vineyard Festival.

A thing that had to be reiterated multiple times through out their first day. When they returned to finish, I told the crane operator I did not want them lifting the huge tree parts over my roof. A request that got me yelled at, threatened & was ultimately completely ignored. They do not respect property rights, nor have any understanding of the laws regarding airspace above private property. The fact that they murdered a perfectly healthy tree that just needed a good pruning should tell you everything you need to know
