When I sent him a copy of the paid invoice, he did not suggest a solution. Granted, it happened over time, but he should have taken responsibility and at least offered a discount on the labor to fix it. If he had taken care of it, I would not be writing this negative review. However, since I'm here, I will add that when I looked up zoning laws to find out how tall the fence could be on the other side of my property, I found out that the fence he built was not to code. It needed to be shorter or farther back from the driveway. I had actually asked him to make it shorter when I saw how it would box in the driveway, but he convinced me it had to be that tall to match the gate. To sum up, this was an expensive fence but it's not to code and the workmanship did not last. Customer service could have solved the problem, but was not forthcoming. Now I have to find someone else to work on this fence.
