I am a licensed contractor. I made a small custom order only 4 windows, they were supposed to be ready to pick up in 10 days. Instead the order took more than a month to arrive, and after I called to confirm it was ready, I went to pick up the order and staff could not find the screens. Even stranger, they don't know whether the screens were provided by the manufacturer, and they called the manufacturer to ask whether screens were sent or not sent. Then they said they would fabricate screens and it would take an additional week! No apology, no professional demeanor, I will not buy from Lane County Glass again. I gave 2 stars because thankfully the windows were the correct size. read more

Besides installing glass Lane County Glass also installs garage door openers. They are the installers contracted by the local Home Depot stores when you purchase the openers from them. Josh from Lane County Glass did a super job replacing four ancient springs (not included in the Home Depot purchase) and installing two openers from HD. He was fast, neat, and thorough and answered all questions. The total job cost about $500 less than quotes I got from two other companies. Highly recommended. read more

We were recommended from a glass company to use Lane County Glass for our installation for our windows warranty glass. I was in contact with Ashley, she was all kind of friendly when I spoke to her, but she wouldn't follow up with emails I sent, I had to make multiple phone calls and emails with no response. She had every excuse when I ask why she hadn't responded to my emails or calls. She gave us the wrong dates for installment, I called number of times to get the correct information. Then the day of installing she told Dan it was for measurements, which he was out and did a measurement several months before. The Good Thing was Dan and Robert were awesome, they mare sure the glass was installed and were friendly, professional and apologetic. All in all, I would use Lane County Glass, but would refuse to,work with Ashley and this company should realize this person is a horrible representation of this Company! read more

Ordered table top glass and found this company to be top notch. They created a table too glass for my HUGE dining room table and it fits perfectly! They took my order and began work immediately - no delay. The glass was ready on time. I got timely calls to say it was ready. They even had one of the big fellas load it for me. I'm thrilled with this company and would use them again. Plan to cover everything in glass and protect all my wood surfaces. read more

If only I could give a negative review...Hired them to replace blown IGU. After two months they showed up to do a tuck install. After knocking out a chunk of my drywall, they indicated they glass they just installed had a scratch along the length of the window. C'mon people! You're a glass company. You're telling me you don't inspect glass upon arrival and prior to install?!? Now the seal is blown. This company is a joke. BBB complaint registered. Go elsewhere. read more

Look no further. Lane County Glass, Inc. is perfect. Yes, I searched and hunted and read various reviews. I tried contacting a few companies. Some didn't even call back, others said the job was too small. This outfit responded promptly, came out and measured  quickly, then gave a surprisingly low estimate for my work (a small residential job, too). The window was ordered, and right on schedule, Dan was there. None of this "we need a four hour time slot" nonsense. He came to our home and took off his shoes without being asked(!) Dan was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did the work quickly, and explained that the window had a ten year manufacturer's warranty, and a one year labor warranty. He described what several types of window failures looked like and when to call them. The window matched our other windows exactly. They do both large commercial and small residential. We have a bigger job coming up in the future and plan on having them do the work - without taking bids. That's how impressed we were. Five stars and two thumbs up all the way. read more

We had ordered huge glass windows (6x9) from another local company that was to put the windows in place for our contractor to secure. When the company arrived, they refused to do that! These were 500 pound windows. We were desperate to get the window in place as we had a 6 x 9 foot open space in our living room and a storm was approaching. Lane county glass prioritized their response for us, even though we did not buy the windows from them, and sent installers right over to secure the windows. Went way beyond what they had to do. Couldn't have been more grateful to be saved from the position we were left in by other company! read more

A low-solar window failed in a Christmas storm and steamed up.Lane promptly had an installer around to measure. Robert arrived on time on the appointed date, fitted the window then cleaned it very carefully of silicon seal that someone had smeared on the new glass. He is a good ambassador for the company and I'd use them again, though I did feel the price was a tad higher than I'd expected. read more

I went in to Lane County Glass for some specific pieces to make a whole new 3 section top for my 125 gallon aquarium and these guys did a great job getting me the special cut tempered glass to complete the project. It looks just awesome and the people here were professional and courteous and there weren`t any problems. The glass was cut exactly to my specified measurements and I liked the little pieces of cork they put on them as not to let them get scratched or damaged. Very nice touch. I gotta say I had a good experience here at Lane County Glass and I`ll be back when I need more. Great job guys. Thanks. read more

So disappointed in this company. Go else where is you're looking for someone to replace your garage door. I've had to call Wayne several times and have never gotten a reply back. He has forgotten to put in my order to see how much a garage door would cost to CoPlay. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Apparently they don't want to be in business. Walked in the door and immediately was ignored although there were no other customers. Both the women in the front were not helpful nor did they answer my questions. I went down the street to Culver Glass and had the best experience. I strongly encourage you NOT to use this place of business. They are awful. read more

My landlord unfortunately chose them to replace two windows that had broken seals and I am sooo disappointed with their service. I have experience dealing with many contractors in this area and know that timing and scheduling is dependent on many things, a lot of the time out of their control... but here are my reasons: - Communication was sparse and unreliable and I continually had to call them to remind or check on the work order status - Never shared details/dates on when things were ordered, shipped, or arrived - On the day of my first installation appointment they failed to contact me to let me know that their installer was sick. I called to see where they were and they were reluctant to reschedule with me. - On the day of the actual installation, they showed up with the wrong size glass for one of the windows. My main issue is that the sizes/type/thickness of glass should have been confirmed when they received the shipment from the factory. They told me that they were just too busy to double check and that the factory was responsible. This could have been avoided if they had checked the materials prior to my FIRST scheduled appointment. A warning to other home owners or property managers, take your business else where :( read more

I was very pleased with the prompt scheduling. I had an old window mounted air conditioner removed and a window pane installed in the opening. The AC was large and very heavy. Removal was made all the more difficult because it was installed about 5' 5 " off the ground. It was very tightly installed so the team of two (Jake C. and Jose) had to problem solve and strategize before using their tools and muscles to get it out. I also had two other very large picture windows replaced. They were very careful of my new wood floors, taking off their shoes in the house and sweeping up when done. They had to to search at 3 different suppliers to find a match to my 1950's exterior trim. I would highly recommend these two workers. The supervisor and office staff were also good at their jobs. This business had no protections in place for their customers against Covid-19. There were no screens, no hand sanitizer available, no masks wore by anyone, just a few small signs. When I said, "You're not wearing a mask," she replied, "No." When I said that I thought they were required she replied, "Not until tomorrow." I saw others in the back room without masks. I got home and washed my hands and face three times. Besides not caring about giving a deadly virus to their customers, the glass was given to us filthy and without being wrapped in paper. Every other time I've bought glass from a glass company, it was clean and wrapped. I will never go here again. read more

When it comes to powered door installs and repairs, look elsewhere.

Either these people are so busy they do not care, or they do not care to be in business, I am not sure which. The first broken glass project I had they took forever to get it done and I was not that impressed, but I guess I am a glutten for punishment. The second project I had they promised me a quote the next week. A month later I called and was promised the quote in a few days. 2 months later, I gave up and called someone else. I won't be going back unless the brick that flies through my window happens to hit me in the head and I forget my vow. read more

I don't know why they have an "emergency" service when they never call back. Called twice on two different days, was in a cabin out of town and could not leave due to a security issue. Gave up and drove an hour to Springfield Jerry's, and on a Saturday got glass, custom cut on the spot, and drove back and fixed the window myself. They don't seem to want business. read more

I have had similar experiences in some of the reviews mentioned here... I had a broken window.. I had to make several calls to get someone to come out to get the window measurements. Finally someone came out... Now after two calls, I still waiting for a quote.. The lady I talked to, said she would send the quote via email..
