Broke the full length glass on a back door when the lawnmower threw a rock. I'm sorry I forgot…read morethe guys name, but he suggested bringing the door in to measure as it was cheaper than a home visit to measure. Took it back, they had the glass by the next day. Brought the door back, was fixed a little more than an hour later and didn't even need to repaint the trim! We couldn't be happier. And at a VERY reasonable price. Thank you!

Don't give them money up front, you'll never see it again if they decide not to do the job…read more We called Culver Glass to replace a 3 X 5' window (w/white grids) and a 12' bathroom mirror. Culver Glass said they would charge a $260.00 deposit before they would measure and give us a quote and the $260.00 would be deducted from the final bill when the job was complete. They came and measured and after not hearing back from them we finally called for the quote and we were told that they could not replace the mirror at all and they could not replace the window with the correct grids. Since they couldn't replace the mirror at all and couldn't provide the correct window, we asked about the $260.00 deposit and they said they would not return it and didn't! What a scam!

They arrived on time, were professional and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I had a lot of questions which they answered clearly and with patience. They are honest. They assisted in the contact with eweb for some energy savings reimbursement. The day of the install, they were on time, friendly and efficient. My project took two full days due to multiple skylights and very tight spaces they had to work in. Never a complaint about the challenges and always in good spirits, I was very impressed. They finished on schedule and cleaned up the mess that comes with any home upgrades. I have yet to see a new utility bill, but my house feels warmer and gets warm faster and stays warm. I highly recommend this company. From the office personnel to the crews that do estimates and installs, they met and exceeded my expectations.
