They came and measured and after not hearing back from them we finally called for the quote and we were told that they could not replace the mirror at all and they could not replace the window with the correct grids. Since they couldn't replace the mirror at all and couldn't provide the correct window, we asked about the $260.00 deposit and they said they would not return it and didn't! What a scam!
