They were polite, careful, cleaned up and were fun to have in my home. Danny was very thorough, pointing out a few quality issues which need to be taken care of, mostly minor manufacturing details. I am over the moon about the skylight shades which will make a HUGE difference in summer. And, I was so pleased with how well the view still delighted me with the 90 SPF film I am ordered more for the hottest room in the house, my office, which is were I spent most of my time when home. I am particularly pleased that the film has a slight silvery backing which adds additional privacy to my home. The previous owners had Budget do all their work, and luckily they still had the file. They did a great job of sorting out a logistically-challenging skylight in my foyer. The west-facing window, when it's done, is going to make a massive difference in the room heat on summer days. I can't wait to find out just how much. Very pleased with the quality and the value these changes will add, but also the difference in heating bills and overall comfort. Highly recommended.

We attended the recent home show last month and had a conversation with Budget Blinds regarding a…read moreblind we wanted to cover up an arched window high above the front door. Told the representative at this time what we wanted and scheduled a consultation at that time. Sales representative showed up as scheduled and I explained what we wanted. I was We wanted a shade that goes from the bottom up that was motorized. Was shown pictures of various types of fabrics to select from. Confirming what we discussed when booking the consultation would be quoted. We did NOT want a bar showing on top of the arch was made clear on two confirmations. Quote was submitted to which I accepted. The installer came this past Friday and sure enough, the product had a support bar from the top down (exposed at the break of the arch). When I questioned the installer, he said there was no way to hang this on the bottom to go up. I do understand that part. I assumed the sales representative (Linsey) would have reviewed that and confirmed that you will see a support bar in the window where the arch breaks. The installer also tracked mud in from his ladder and left that for us to clean up. When I reached our salesperson Monday morning, she offered to have him come back and clean up the mud. I informed her we did it that day and not going to leave mud on our new floors. I would suggest shopping around for customer service/knowledge and commitment to making customers happy. Demand clarity from them so it's not a "I'm sorry if I miscommunicated" or had a misunderstanding. Just speaking from my experience. Won't be using this franchise of Budget Blinds in Eugene/Springfield, OR. in the future.

I waited a couple months and tried again with a different company to get new blinds for my living room/dining room windows and went with Beautiful Blinds and Beyond. They were FABULOUS (completely difference experience for me)!! I wanted recessed blinds installed on all the windows. They did mess up on the vertical blinds for the sliding door and mounted them above the door instead of recessing them. But they happily and promptly corrected the issue when it was brought to their attention and 2 days later the problem was corrected. They were great to work with, they care about customer satisfaction, they want to do a good job, and they did a great job!! They responded promptly to emails/text messages.
