3/25/2022 We need to update our review sadly. Having had…read moreShutters in past homes. These just aren't the best Shutters. Todd is absolutely the nicest man. But the Shutters on the bottom aren't in a track. So when we open them their flopping out there on the bottom, where our past Shutters we could open partially, or all the way. That's a lot of stress on the weight of the shutter! Todd was supposed to come back and take care of the bottom half of a set behind our TV that didn't close correctly, he never called or came back. There are reasons we imagine. Which will remain between us. This was a large Shutter job. But they just aren't the quality of Shutters we've had in the past. They do not open and shut easily despite Todd trying to adjust them. He did say he was trying a new supplier. We've also had the ability to use an opener on the outside. With these being cream in color that would have been our preference. The wood piece in the back is stopping the Shutters from closing completely and when trying to open the Shutters stops them from folding open all the way as well. This is our assessment. Hopefully Todd went back to his OLD SUPPLIER! Like they say ~ if it ain't broke don't fix it. We wish him the best of luck. We wish they had turned out better and hold no hard feelings.

When I brought the shade to the showroom, I was greeted and listened to and got my questions answered very professionally. I ended up having to pay a lot of money to have the blinds repaired and restrung. I'm only posting this now because I'm dealing with issues again with the blinds he installed and I recall the frustration of trying to reach him by phone and email 10s of times to no avail. I thought he might have passed away or something, but later found out he just picked his stuff up and left all his customers behind.
