I work in property management and I have used this company for a number of jobs. Most of our…read moremaintenance work is done in-house, but we have used them when our maintenance supervisor is on vacation (or swamped) and for extensive projects. Brian is the main contact and he is always very professional and returns my phone calls promptly. When he has hired help, he always chooses professional and courteous people, which is very important in my line of work since they will be working in/around tenants' homes. Brian is very knowledgeable and versatile. Here are a few examples of the things we have had him do: Painting: We have used him for interior painting numerous times. He did a quick and excellent job. There was no overspray like you get with some painters. He cleaned up after himself. Fences: He tore down/hauled away old fences and installed and stained new ones on 60 patios, which was an extensive project. Though his bid came in slightly more expensive than another company, we used him because we knew he did quality work. When you are spending thousands of dollars on a project, you want to make sure that you're getting something that lasts. He works very quickly and efficiently. Again, he was working closely with over 60 tenants, and I received numerous compliments about how courteous he was. Replacement of sub-flooring: There was pet urine damage to a unit that was so extensive that it ruined the sub-flooring. We had a move-in scheduled, and so it was imperative that this was repaired ASAP . . .and of course, as Murphy's law would have it, this happened while our maintenance supervisor was on vacation! Thankfully, Brian was able to take care of this project in a timely manner! Quality work, timely, kind to others, and doesn't leave a mess behind - need I say more?

I needed big help with my Eugene home I had just purchased…read more There was no place to put my dishwasher without restructuring the kitchen. The bathroom had the most awful, early 80's, peach colored shower enclosure, I could not live with - and the counter was much too short. The backyard had a large lawn and a small deck - it was crying out for a more useful space for entertaining. My street generates a lot of traffic noise and I needed something to help reduce it. I also wanted an attractive trash/recycling bin deck, close to the street, for convenience. I looked for reviews and Emerald Valley Home Repair popped up. I like licenses and BBB ratings - Ted has them. He was professional in his walk through and intelligent, creative and confident with his advice and ideas - that he quickly put me to ease with his clear rapport I chose Ted Colee. My new larger kitchen space includes my necessary dishwasher and a couple new cabinets and sparkles with quartz counter tops throughout. He also replaced the lighting. The bathroom shower panels were removed and replaced with new bright white tiles. The deck steps down to a circular stone patio that allows for more entertaining and several large potted plants. I worked with Ted on ideas for the front driveway and we came up with a spectacular walled in - shingled and planter deck. It looks fantastic and provides more privacy in my front yard and most importantly, has reduced the road noise. The shingled trash/recycling/green-waste bin deck has a drop down ramp gate: So convenient! This was a series of jobs that effectively have turned this house into my home. Knowledge, skill, dependability, trust and respect are all vital in building that working relationship and creativity and flexibility complete the package. Bonuses are his abundant experience - Ted even knows plants. I have worked with Ted since and highly recommend him!!

They did a roof job for me and now I am hiring them to do my floors in my house. Super nice guys, long time Oregonians, they are locals, so they know all the best places for construction supplies. Ted used to do architectural landscape, so he is ideal for outdoor projects. I shouldn't tell you how great he is, because he will get booked so much I won't be able to get him myself. 5 stars!

I do not recommend this company. They're not honest…read more They literally tell many lies. What Carlos says, it is the opposite of what Melissa says. Promises made never delivered. I had many pieces of different woods/timber which I told him they could have. They "took" pieces of wood which I told them were mine, as well. Now they claim I gave them everything they did take, that is a lie. They still owe me at least $50 worth of wood which my Husband and I consider being a theft. My collectible blue plastic 1980s milk crate was returned covered in black dirt - I had to scrub it clean. I do not recommend this company at all. And I'm sorry I did business with them. Quality of work? well, look at the images I took - Carlos considers this being "a satisfied customer" ‍

Redeemer Construction - Karissa hung this cabinet in a flash! It was level and tightly on the wall!

Non-intimidating construction company!!! I expected the stereotypical type of construction workers…read morethat are big, burly, and overall intimidating but this was not the case! A young husband and wife team came in with big smiles and got to work. They were incredibly professional with how they work. They were soft spoken yet very approachable. They were very transparent in their communication and what work they were doing. They were prompt everyday and finished each day up by 4:30, with the exception of the last day where they stayed a bit later to make sure they didn't leave any details undone. Their work speaks for itself. I left pictures! (Keep in mind, those pictures are before we have painted them). Before they left each day they did a thorough clean up and made it seem like they weren't there at all. On top of all of this, they were very respectful of our home and my dog loved them. Animals tend to have a good sense of people, so clearly they are decent people! I 100% recommend this company! If you are an individual that fears toxic masculinity or has trouble being around stereotypical intimidating construction workers, then this company is one to hire. They were just very safe to be around and I appreciated that SO MUCH!!!! Is there a place to register them as a "safe company" to hire? If there is, put them on that list! Hire them NOW!!!
