The next day the electrician, Tanner, came to our home garage to assess the cause for the loss of charging. Tanner was very courteous, professional, and efficient in determining the cause of our problem. As recommended and guided by Tanner, this included phone communication with the ChargePoint company, the manufacturer of our charger. On the phone, Tanner skillfully followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by the company's technical representative. This would have been a very confusing, tedious procedure if we had to do it ourselves! This troubleshooting process clearly resolved that the charger had malfunctioned and would need to be replaced by ChargePoint. Riley came over, assessed the job, gave us our options and worked up the estimate in one visit. Two days later he was back and finished the job in quick time. One call to Josh at GMD and he happened to have time today (Saturday) to come out and troubleshoot. There is a control box wire that runs all the way around the eaves of the house and under a deck, he followed it and found a short, quickly fixed it and well is now working as it should! I had him come back a few weeks later for weatherization and insulation work. He worked all day getting a ton of things done. He sealed every air leak in our attic, installed baffles for air flow, insulated our vent ducting, re-routed and insulated bathroom ducting, found a couple things that weren't up to code which he fixed, and then blew in more insulation. The whole experience of working with Zach and Premium Efficiency was superb. Communication was quick and professional. Emails and phone calls were returned promptly. I was using an EWEB incentive program and Zach was great with the process; he knew exactly what they needed and was well versed in the process. It is clear that Zach is passionate about energy efficiency and takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality work from a solid local company.
