last year Eugene gutter service replaced all my gutters. they did a great job It was very easy to contact them and get a quote. they worked with me because I had to change the day a coupke of times. they are efficient clean and came the day we had agreed. they told me several times I should call if I found something needing fixing. I scheduled Eugene Gutter Service well in advance and confirmed the appointment ahead of time. No one showed up or called on the day of the appointment. I called multiple times and emailed with no response for days. After leaving a review online I received a call back that they'd be out the next day. They said the storm kept them from installing on the day I was scheduled. Note, the storm was after my scheduled date. They waited until the last 30 minutes of install to tell us if we paid with cash they'd take 10% off. We rushed to the bank while they complained about having to wait. They also missed an entire section of the house and asked for picture proof when I called them. They returned a couple days later to complete that portion. Did they remedy the issue of the initial review/complaint? Yes. Would I hire them again? Absolutely not. read more

Initial communication for a quote was very timely. They were out the next day with a quote. I choose to wait a few weeks to schedule service, which was a mistake. It took dozens of calls over multiple weeks to finally get ahold of someone, only to then schedule 6 weeks out with no information other than 'we'll call you when it's closer'. No call came, so I called a few times the week prior to no avail. I was able to get ahold of them the night before and they were very curt. I returned home from work to see my gutters replaced. They look nice, which is the ONLY reason it's more than one star. The amount of trash, debris, and nails left in and around my yard was unbelievable! I spent over an hour picking up nails, pieces of shingles and metal out of my garden. I thought I got through it all until my dog found a piece in her foot today. Below is a picture of the debris from another pass of my yard. The original haul was 6x this. There are still nails on my porch roof that I need to remove. With the amount of work I had to do both before and after, I am very disappointed with the overall process. I will not be recommending them. read more

We received a quote and scheduled them to come out on 1/3/2022. They did not show up nor did they call. I contacted them again and rescheduled for 3/2/2022. We received a confirmation call stating that we could expect them at 8:30 am. Again they did not show up or call. When I called I got an out of service phone recording but then also a text stating that they were sorry that they had missed my call and that they would be calling me back. They did not return the call so I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would have left no stars, but that is not an option on yelp. read more

They told me they would replace the rotted wood behind the existing gutters on the garage--twice. That is why I hired them. They, instead, put the gutters over top the rotten wood. When they arrived, they drove their big truck over my hose, then asked me if it was ok to park there. One of them broke a wind chime and did not tell me and did not tell me that it needed to be moved before working in that spot. After they left I went over the area for anything that would cause a flat tire, and I found 20 screws and 11 nails plus chunks of plastic from the old gutters. They did knock a little off the price, but I would rather have had it done right, as now more damage will occur from the rotted wood. The photo shows what I found around the garage for me to run over. The guy said he would attach a corner to make the water run away from the building, then did not do it. A month after the job, one end of the gutter is falling down already. read more

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY *** They don't offer to correct mistakes. They do not reply as they say they will (multiple times). They blame things "outside what they can control". After a large windstorm I requested a quote for my gutters to be cleaned, along with pricing on adding some drip edge and a new gutter to a recent carport build. I took time off work to be available for the window the estimator was to arrive - he was over an hour late. He got out of the car and I said hey I was just leaving, you're over an hour late. His response was, yeah running all over - do you want to do this or not? I was taken back by this and almost declined, but seeing I'd already lost the time off I said go ahead. I again reviewed what I was after and he expressed acknowledgment. One finished he said I would have the quotient by the end of the day - Friday. On Monday I called to pay and schedule - only to find that the estimate didn't include gutter cleaning - the primary thing I'd requested. The lady said she would get me an updated quote y days end - never happened. Called the next day and made another request for a quote update - told again it would be to me by days end - never happened. Called the next day and asked to speak with a manager - explained the situation- she could have cared less. Told me they could only offer 1 option of gutter cleaning, being as the estimator didn't measure my roof pitch, again gutter cleaning was my primary request from the start. She said I could take more time off and they could come again. I said no thanks. I called and spoke with her again the next day at around noon and asked to speak with her manager - she said he had gone for the day, took my information and said he would call me the next day - no phone call. I called back and left a voicemail requesting a call back from a manager - nothing again. This company looks great from the outside, but has ZERO follow through and managed leaves little to be desired. I would suggest looking elsewhere for services. read more

Jimmy and Roy answered all my questions and did a great job installing the gutters, cleaning up and hauling off the old gutters. I wouldn't even give them a single star, but yelp required me to leave at least one. We asked for a gutter replacement and they penciled us in to a time and date that would work for them. Around a month later on the day of the appointment, not only did they not show up at the specified time, they didn't even show up at all. When we tried to give them a call they never picked up. We tried to cancel their service but no matter how many times we called they never picked up, and no calls were returned even if we left voice messages. When they finally DID call us, they never mentioned our voice messages or apologized for the lack of communications or for missing the appointment, and just hung up after we told them we wanted to cancel. Very unprofessional. We will never use their services again. read more
