This is a poorly run business. They had to make three trips (in four trucks) to my house over 7 days to finish as much as they could. They gave up on a few windows at the end and offered a small credit. Five different window washers worked on the house all at wildly different skill levels. One was brand new to window washing - very slow and sloppy. The most experienced guy was even slower but delivered perfection. He quit the company after the second day. The rest were very nice guys but all over the place skill-wise due to lack of training. The schedulers called many times with excuses and apologies but couldn't seem to figure out how to get my house windows clean as per our contract. I would steer clear of Cutting Edge. read more

Very happy with the team who came and cleaned my solar panels. Price was right for the work done, though the quote for a full roof and gutter cleaning seemed very high. 4 not 5 stars only because administration was problematic. I called twice and got strange messages making me question if the service was real. Further, they sent electronic requests for payment BEFORE the service was provided. They clarified that this was a mistake, but once the service was rendered I never received an electronic invoice again. I will likely use them again in the future. These guys are super sweet, very professional, and do an awesome job. Leo and Janeal came out and did our gutters, roof, and windows in and out. The screens are so clean they are imperceptible. They corrected the idiocy of the service that came out here in May. I won't mention the name of the company that sent out one guy who looked like he was 12 and did a crap show of a job. When I pointed out the crummy job to the owner, all I heard were excuses (he also kept changing the follow-up visit. 4 times). It was a new home which needed the initial window cleaning and it had not been done for 6 months since built, so they were very dirty! We have a 70s split-level house in a forest neighborhood, and some of our windows are really tough to reach. Cutting Edge did a perfect job cleaning interior and exterior. I couldn't find a single streak, spot or smudge when Cody was done this week. Whatever product they use on the exterior creates a film that protects the windows during rainy season, so I can go two years without needing them washed. The rain just beads off and no dirt sticks. That is saying a lot considering we live under fir trees with lots of birds and insects! read more

This company gave me a proposal to wash the windows in our house for $265. Before we even got an estimate from them, we told them (twice) that they are old windows with built-in storms. No problem, Jason (the owner) said. We accepted the proposal. When the guys showed up they clearly did not know what to do. They washed ONE window and then left (with our hose). I emailed and asked when they were going to return and finish the job. No response. Then Jason emailed and said he had to RE-BID the job. I said that was not acceptable, but if he wanted to discuss modifying his fee I would do so. He did not want to do this. NOW I received an email saying I should pay them the $265 for "the work they already did." Do not do business with these people as they do not honor their proposals. The most unprofessional contractor I have ever done business with. read more
