Cutting Edge provides excellent service and value. We had them out to clean the gutters and roofs on two houses. It was a big job that took two full days. I was impressed at how well the job turned out and the focus by the technicians involved. Throughout the entire process, from the estimate, scheduling, and execution, Cutting Edge provided excellent communication and ensured that the job and cleanup were done to our satisfaction. We will continue to use Cutting Edge for our cleaning needs. They are an outstanding team of professionals! read more

Above and beyond expectations ~ Extremely respectful employees .. friendly and efficient. We had numerous companies bid work for us ~ this company was not only the most reasonable in price but incredibly thorough. Highly recommend.! read more

Gracious, efficient, thorough, courteous. Thank you, Cutting Edge, we're pleased with your work year after year. --Peter Laufer

Great job, arrived early, reasonable pricing fore window washing. Cleaned inside and outside windows, big job for one person, but he did a great job. read more

This is a poorly run business. They had to make three trips (in four trucks) to my house over 7 days to finish as much as they could. They gave up on a few windows at the end and offered a small credit. Five different window washers worked on the house all at wildly different skill levels. One was brand new to window washing - very slow and sloppy. The most experienced guy was even slower but delivered perfection. He quit the company after the second day. The rest were very nice guys but all over the place skill-wise due to lack of training. The schedulers called many times with excuses and apologies but couldn't seem to figure out how to get my house windows clean as per our contract. I would steer clear of Cutting Edge. read more

We have used Cutting Edge several times for room cleaning and for windows. This time was windows. Robert was the technicia. He called in advance, did an excellent job, communicated well and I would recommend him as well as Cutting Edge. read more

Cutting Edge was very professional in providing us a detailed bid and answering our questions. Laker showed up on time, was very courteous, he did an excellent job of cleaning our windows, tracks and screens. They will be the ones we will call in the future when our windows need to be cleaned again. read more

Very happy with the team who came and cleaned my solar panels. Price was right for the work done, though the quote for a full roof and gutter cleaning seemed very high. 4 not 5 stars only because administration was problematic. I called twice and got strange messages making me question if the service was real. Further, they sent electronic requests for payment BEFORE the service was provided. They clarified that this was a mistake, but once the service was rendered I never received an electronic invoice again. I will likely use them again in the future. Hopefully admin will be better. read more

I am a return customer and can confidently recommend Cutting Edge Windows. They are friendly and competent. They listened to my input and completed the tasks efficiently. And when I had some residual waterspots from my hard water- they came back and took care of that promptly. Great crew and very professional business. read more

We're so glad our realtor(!) recommended Cutting Edge. We are happy with the results & reasonable cost. I was reassured to hear friends say, yes, Cutting Edge was fine with tall UO building windows. They (safely!) cleaned our high mossy roof, skylights, & gutters. Business was easy to manage, from Elon's estimate to scheduling & billing with Kanesha, to "let's check, did we do a good job?" We were thrilled to accept some follow-up suggestions. The staff took their work seriously & were a pleasure to work with. Trevor, Daniel, Laker, & John also gently power-washed our 100-year-old white house, & made our wood-mullioned windows *sparkle*, inside & out. I've already asked for our next home. Thank You! read more

We had the gutters cleaned at our house and our two rental duplexes. Some are two story and others one level. We also had a moss treatment done at all three places. They did an outstanding job in all ways. They were prompt and accurate in their replies to questions. The bids were reasonable and matched the final bill. Both the person who did the bid and the person who did the work were good communicators and very friendly. Highly recommend Cutting Edge. read more

We've used Cutting Edge for several years and have always been happy with the quality and professionalism of their work. Jason and his team are terrific to work with. We have a pretty large house and I shouldn't be on a ladder at my age so we've relied on Cutting Edge to clean our roof, gutters, windows and hang our Christmas Lights. read more

We asked for estimates for gutter, roof, windows and pressure washing. Jason was up front and honest letting us know we didn't need roof done and waiting for spring for windows. They did clean the gutters and we were so happy to JH Ave it done. They were on time and were able to complete the task without any effort on our part. thank you Cutting Edge! Second time I have had Cutting Edge clean the windows, and both have been excellent experiences, from estimate, to scheduling, to the work itself, and to the contact afterwards. The people who have done the cleaning have all been very industrious, quick, and pleasant. Very reliable company. read more

These guys are super sweet, very professional, and do an awesome job. Leo and Janeal came out and did our gutters, roof, and windows in and out. The screens are so clean they are imperceptible. They corrected the idiocy of the service that came out here in May. I won't mention the name of the company that sent out one guy who looked like he was 12 and did a crap show of a job. When I pointed out the crummy job to the owner, all I heard were excuses (he also kept changing the follow-up visit. 4 times). I pointed out that if I had run my service business like that, I wouldn't have a business any longer. ALWAYS call Cutting Edge! read more

The owner who responded to this review has clearly confused me with me someone else. The interaction he described did not take place. My house is not "on stilts," no-one from this business ever returned my call, and I most certainly did NOT make an appointment and then cancel it at the last minute. That is NOT how I roll. Check and update your records, dude. read more

Excellent job all around. Responded immediately upon calling . Squeezed my job in within a few days to accommodate company I had coming to town. Guys showed up on time, we're very efficient and friendly. Windows and screens look great. First time customer and will be using them going forward. read more

Robert and his assistant were thorough in their interior and exterior window cleaning and made sure they got all the debris off the windows. It was a new home which needed the initial window cleaning and it had not been done for 6 months since built, so they were very dirty! Jason was prompt and answered all questions when he gave me the bid and it was a fair bid for the work done. read more

As a disabled senior I am very pleased to recommend Cutting Edge. This is the second summer I have had them come out to wash my very high windows and also sweep off the roof and clean out the gutters. I live under a neighbor's tall old Doug Fir that litters my patio and roof with a constant rain of needles. But Kyle and Lance got 'er done with friendly enthusiasm and effeciency. Now my windows are sparkling clean inside and out! read more

We've used them several times for windows, gutters and pressure washing. Dependable and they do the job well

We have a 70s split-level house in a forest neighborhood, and some of our windows are really tough to reach. Cutting Edge did a perfect job cleaning interior and exterior. I couldn't find a single streak, spot or smudge when Cody was done this week. Whatever product they use on the exterior creates a film that protects the windows during rainy season, so I can go two years without needing them washed. The rain just beads off and no dirt sticks. That is saying a lot considering we live under fir trees with lots of birds and insects! read more

Great customer service and the team that installed our Christmas lights did a great job.

Very good job!! Had all windows cleaned, driveway, back patio pressure washed. Crew was very caring and detailed. Highly recommend Cutting Edge! read more

Great customer service, super responsive, and had the most reasonable price for the services we wanted. Jason was great to work with and even scheduled us to have our services done the same day as our neighbors. The guys completing the job were courteous and communicative. They worked hard and stayed until the job was done. Our gutters, roof, and siding have never looked this good! Will definitely be using Cutting Edge again! read more

From beginning to end, cutting edge was fabulous! Super responsive, great communication, very hard workers, the house that I am moving into hadn't had the windows cleaned in years, and after cutting edge left, it was like a brand new place! Jason, who came and did the estimate, was delightful, helpful, and kind. E and his coworker worked really hard, were very respectful and did an amazing job and Kanesha, the scheduler and receptionist was excellent!- thank you thank you! read more
