This company gave me a proposal to wash the windows in our house for $265. Before we even got an estimate from them, we told them (twice) that they are old windows with built-in storms. No problem, Jason (the owner) said. We accepted the proposal. When the guys showed up they clearly did not know what to do. They washed ONE window and then left (with our hose). I emailed and asked when they were going to return and finish the job. No response. Then Jason emailed and said he had to RE-BID the job. I said that was not acceptable, but if he wanted to discuss modifying his fee I would do so. He did not want to do this. NOW I received an email saying I should pay them the $265 for "the work they already did." Do not do business with these people as they do not honor their proposals. Jason, the proprietor came on time to provide me with an estimate. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to about my needs. Their staff, Shane, who has since been promoted to field supervisor has always been very professional and thorough. He's also personable while providing exceptional cleaning on my roof and gutters. I trust him completely and know he cares about his customers' satisfaction. Their officer manager, Kanishka, was great to work with as well. Booking an appointment is done with ease and I can tell she cares for the customers as well. When I had an emergency recently with a clogged gutter, she was understanding and got on the phone right away to her crew out in the field and got me on their schedule... thanks to an appointment cancellation that morning. I'm very happy with Cutting Edge Jason and his crew! Jason came promptly and gave us a reasonable estimate. I just wish he gave us a heads up that some windows will cost more due to water mineral build up, but his pricing was reasonable. They had to return to do the water stain clean up and they were very nice enough to clean again the other just-cleaned windows when some birds pooped on it they day after being just cleaned. Simply the BEST! Cutting Edge Window shows up on time. They do great work. No complaints. Windows look so clean like that commercial where a crow runs into the window. The guys are courteous and very professional. The price is just right. It didn't feel like they overcharge because you really get what you pay for. When it's too cheap it can be just that. I called cutting edge because they advertised gutter cleaning. They made a appointment and showed up right on time and got right to work and was done in no time. They even found one of kids bounce balls in a down spout of one of my gutters. They cleaned up everything and even hosed off my drive way. Thanks a lot guy's. From bid to job completion these guys were great to work with. Jason came out to bid and was gracious about keeping cost reasonable. The job was pretty big--very tall wood shake roof on 7500 sq ft home. The crew was here from 8am(sharp) till slightly past 9pm (with a lunch break) They worked and worked. Shane and Ray were on the roof and both guys and crew were helpful and professional. Seeing as it was dark when they finished, they cleaned up as much as they could. In the morning, I noticed some minor stuff that still needed to be washed away. I called and spoke to Sue and she promptly got Ray back out to clean it up. Despite it being his day off, he came in, cleaned and was incredibly respectful with a professional attitude. I really appreciated their quick response and willingness to do the job to my satisfaction! Will definitely use them again!
