Tyler and Sean just finished doing a fantastic job cleaning our exterior windows, and they went the extra mile installing some anti-bird spikes on some very hard to reach second story nooks and crannies on our house. Great work, excellent communication, and super friendly guys! read more

This company gave me a proposal to wash the windows in our house for $265. Before we even got an estimate from them, we told them (twice) that they are old windows with built-in storms. No problem, Jason (the owner) said. We accepted the proposal. When the guys showed up they clearly did not know what to do. They washed ONE window and then left (with our hose). I emailed and asked when they were going to return and finish the job. No response. Then Jason emailed and said he had to RE-BID the job. I said that was not acceptable, but if he wanted to discuss modifying his fee I would do so. He did not want to do this. NOW I received an email saying I should pay them the $265 for "the work they already did." Do not do business with these people as they do not honor their proposals. The most unprofessional contractor I have ever done business with. read more

The crew was friendly, courteous, hard-working, and professional. The company stood behind their promise that we would be completely satisfied and put in the extra time and effort to that end. We really appreciated how well they handled everything. read more

Had our windows washed for the first time in 9 years and the guys were super nice and did a great job for a reasonable price. The whole process was easy, quick and efficient! read more

These guys are great! They are responsive to calls and texts and emails. They show up on time and do a great job and clean up when they're all done. Very responsible with all types of services that they provide. I've used them for a couple of years and have always been satisfied. Very friendly and answered all questions thoughtfully. read more

We've had Cutting Edge out this year and last, and both times the crew did an outstanding job with our windows, inside and out, cleaned the screens, and got the skylights too. Really happy with the great job they did, and the crews both times were great people we were happy to meet. Highly recommended! read more

VERY nice and efficient folks. Bought a Living Social coupon for gutter cleaning and was impressed at their efficiency and quality of work. The price was fair for the work done and I would not hesitate to use them again or even try their window/skylight cleaning services. These folks also treat roofs for moss, FYI. read more

This business offers more than just window cleaning despite its company name. I've had wonderful experiences having my roof and gutters serviced annually by them. Jason, the proprietor came on time to provide me with an estimate. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to about my needs. Their staff, Shane, who has since been promoted to field supervisor has always been very professional and thorough. He's also personable while providing exceptional cleaning on my roof and gutters. I trust him completely and know he cares about his customers' satisfaction. Their officer manager, Kanishka, was great to work with as well. Booking an appointment is done with ease and I can tell she cares for the customers as well. When I had an emergency recently with a clogged gutter, she was understanding and got on the phone right away to her crew out in the field and got me on their schedule... thanks to an appointment cancellation that morning. I can't thank Jason, Kanishka, Shane and their team of staff enough for their care and professionalism. I highly recommend Cutting Edge to anyone looking for exterior cleaning services and want it done right. They get "5 stars" all the way! read more

Simply the BEST! Cutting Edge Window shows up on time. They do great work. No complaints. Windows look so clean like that commercial where a crow runs into the window. The guys are courteous and very professional. The price is just right. It didn't feel like they overcharge because you really get what you pay for. When it's too cheap it can be just that. I know someone who paid the too cheap (I won't mention the company) but ended up calling Cutting Edge Window to rectify. All in all, they are fair and service is stellar. No regrets here.... read more

Cutting Edge does a good job and we wil use them again. Cutting Edge is professional and are just nice folks. BEWARE of those others - We had CE come out AFTER we had used A. Janitorial who completely were amateur and impolite. I wish to save anyone that fight and send you to those who can do a good professional job. Our experience was great with Cutting Edge read more

The two lovely young men did a fabulous job on my windows. They even cleaned the screens! I highly recommend this company.

I'm very happy with Cutting Edge Jason and his crew! Jason came promptly and gave us a reasonable estimate. I just wish he gave us a heads up that some windows will cost more due to water mineral build up, but his pricing was reasonable. They had to return to do the water stain clean up and they were very nice enough to clean again the other just-cleaned windows when some birds pooped on it they day after being just cleaned. Fast/Good service, responsive crew, reasonable pricing -- satisfied customer. read more

Great service. Loved the quick response to a request for bid. They even gave me a date and time needed to clean the roof, the decks, AND my windows. Finished on time...very professional. I would use them again....and again....and again read more

From bid to job completion these guys were great to work with. Jason came out to bid and was gracious about keeping cost reasonable. The job was pretty big--very tall wood shake roof on 7500 sq ft home. The crew was here from 8am(sharp) till slightly past 9pm (with a lunch break) They worked and worked. Shane and Ray were on the roof and both guys and crew were helpful and professional. Seeing as it was dark when they finished, they cleaned up as much as they could. In the morning, I noticed some minor stuff that still needed to be washed away. I called and spoke to Sue and she promptly got Ray back out to clean it up. Despite it being his day off, he came in, cleaned and was incredibly respectful with a professional attitude. I really appreciated their quick response and willingness to do the job to my satisfaction! Will definitely use them again! I guess good customer service equals repeat customers and good word of mouth! Good business! read more
