They're one of EWEB's certified contractors, so they send the test results directly to EWEB. I signed up and they fit me in for the winterizing the same week. The cost seemed reasonable when you sign up for their ongoing service. So far, very pleased. One task checked off the list.

Even after openly admitting fault, he continued to deflect responsibility. As for the owner, Brandon, he completely disengaged from the situation rather than standing behind his company's work--showing a complete lack of ethics, accountability, and professionalism. If you need roofing services, do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else. Roofcraft is not a company that values integrity or quality, and they will leave you dealing with the consequences of their failures.
