We are very happy with the results. I was also provided with some paint color suggestions and information about choosing paint colors in this area, which was useful. David was a fast and efficient worker - the job was done sooner than I expected as we had different colors of paint - 2 rooms of one color, and then 2 rooms with different colors in each. And the rooms had a fair amount of prep work due to multiple holes and wall anchors in the walls. Such a nice feeling to have new paint on the walls!

Here is what happened on our job. Prep day: During Prep removing a old awning beam hit the New light I had put up attached to the house. While it was tightened back down still does not sit flush with the all any longer. I had a bush and a new Rose Bush planted out front trimmed and away from the house. They ensured me it would be covered. After work was done they both got paint on them and the rose bush sustained damage. The original house numbers were lost, even though they did replace them I consider this a lack off attention to detail. The biggest issue was after work was done. You give them a cashier check/cash or card on prep day for 50 percent. I gave this to them and the lead for the project lost it. They did process the balance check after work was done. The worst part of this is the bank called me to advise one of the cashier checks was outstanding. I saw on my account page with Fitzpatrick payment past due which was wrong I had paid in full. After calling a few time they still have not found it. Even if they find it now I cant say I trust them and cant recommend them no matter how much I wanted to. I still have my warranty but losing a check for so much money is not acceptable. Please share this with anyone you know looking for home painting. They have not yet resolved the missing payment as of this post.

Their owner called and we agreed to a start time between 9 and 10 a.m. Patrick was at my door at 9 a.m. Patrick was polite and friendly. He exuded confidence in his ability to make short work of making a patch. In under two hours the patch was done. He took a paint sample, from under a ceiling light so the scraped spot did not show. He got matching paint and did a perfect touch up. He cleaned up after himself and was politely on his way. I highly recommend Creative Solutions.

Cori was recommended to me as I needed a house interior painted and a deck that needed some new…read moreboards and new paint. It did take a couple days of back and forth to get ahold of him as he is very busy. He told me he normally has a separate deck crew, but not many people are looking to work, so he is doing as much as he can with a small crew. I also had a few handyman repairs that needed to be made to a door frame and some exterior paneling to the house. Cori said he could handle all of it. I was quoted $6,500-$7,000 for the entire amount of work and materials. The deck was going to be stained instead of painted as the weather was lousy and we were trying to get the house on the market quickly, so that helped a little with the cost. Cori was able to get all of the various work done in less than a week. We even added in the kitchen cabinets being painted, which I expected to be about an extra $1,000. He was able to add that no problem. All of the work was well done. There was some very minor touch-up that needed to be done after the initial inspection and that was squared away immediately. Overall, it ended up being just under $7,400 -- including the cabinets, mind you -- so Cori came under on the low end of his initial quote. We were able to get the house on the market quickly and sold the house for what we were asking in less than 2 weeks. I believe this was in large part to Cori's quality work. If I ever need similar work performed in the future, I will absolutely give Cori a call and I would tell others to as well.
