I spoke with Jorge set up a time for an estimate and he was telling me all about their new office in Florence to expand the business. He was scheduled to meet me at my home but never showed up. I waited over an hour (currently not living in the home). I didn't even get a phone call to cancel or to reschedule. If this is how he is trying to expand his business, by not keeping a scheduled appointment, then I'm glad that I found out sooner than later. I would not recommend this business. read more

I found Jorge online after googling pressure washing services, and submitted a request for a quote through their website. Jorge called me quickly, which was great, but he apparently didn't read the information I gave because I had to repeat several times that it was for pressure washing, not painting, and reiterated what I wanted done (exterior of the house, front porch, and back deck) several times. I was happy to hear he could come do an estimate a few days later, though a bit confused because the resulting estimate didn't mention the deck. We played phone tag a bit when I called to schedule, and I again had to remind him what it was I wanted. Communication certainly left something to be desired, but that wasn't a deal-breaker. Two guys came to pressure wash, and the one I talked to was very nice. They made a pretty big mess (lot a of mud) on the deck ), damaged some paint, and didn't do a super thorough job cleaning, but I figured it was better than I could do. I thought it was weird that I had to pay them on the spot without any kind of invoice, but I paid it. After they left I noticed one of our small shutter windows on our attic was blown in, so I called about it. I am 100% certain that they did it. Jorge said he hadn't heard anything but he would ask his team, and I never heard back from him again. Now I'm dealing with trying to find someone to fix it, which has been a huge hassle because it's such a small job, but one I can't do on my own. One person who came out to look at it verified that it definitely looked like it had been blown in by a pressure washer, and no way wind could have done it. The only quote I have gotten so far is for almost $400 *without materials*. I strongly feel Jorge should come fix it himself for free, but apparently he disagrees. If I had the time and energy, I'd take it up in small claims court, but I assume he knows that isn't worth it, which is why he's comfortable pretending it never happened. So here I am, about to spend a bunch of money to fix his team's mistake, and warning you not to deal with him. All of this, and my neighbor even commented that they didn't even do a good job power washing! Lesson learned, next time I'm better off renting my own power washer. I'd been worried about damaging my house if I did it myself, which is why I wanted to hire a "professional" to do it, but clearly I picked the wrong guy. read more

Within 20 minutes of requesting for someone to contact me about painting my house I got a phone call. Jorge himself came out to give me an estimate for my house, which was very reasonable. The crew that came out and painted the house were the best crew I have ever seen. They were professional, knowledgable and fun to talk to. They clearly like their job. It was the best experience of my life when it comes to having people come work on the house and I have had some very good people come out to do various projects. I will be using them again. My husband and I were going to paint a manufactured home we just purchased ourselves. It needed prep work due to neglect and we figured we might get it done by the end of the summer with the 100 degree weather and all. We saw Jorge's Detail Painting working on another unit & decided to have them paint ours as well. Four men spent two full days washing, caulking and doing a beautiful job painting and then as an extra bonus...a fabulous job cleaning up as well. Yes...in 100 degree weather. They did an excellent job painting our house. Power washing and painting only took 2 1/2 days (3 bedroom home). The quality of the Miller Paint they used was the best. Very pleased with the work done, couldn't find errors during the walk-around. The crew were friendly and professional, and cleaned-up so it looked like they were never there.
